Mackenzie Cowell, 17, Found Murdered in Washington; Body Found Near River

Breakfast Reading from the Village Voice Empire: Mackenzie Cowell, a 17-year-old member of the Wenatchee, Washington high school dance team, was found murdered on a bank of the Columbia River. Gun sales in the small town have soared. Seattle Weekly has the story.

It's odd that there was only one set of footprints reported leading from her car to where she was found. So its possible she was killed somewhere else, and carried from the trunk to that location, or even killed There in the Car, and transported to the dumpsite. Pictures of the cars position and the footprint positions might clear that up if the vehicle wasn't moved by the killer, or the police investigating before the photos were taken.

I thought it was ridiculous at first, but considering how many articles there are with the first comment written by some douchebag troll, I think it's quite possible that PETE allows it to happen on purpose. He could very easily take that comment down and several other comments read on this site by the victims FAMILY MEMBERS, but he's too much of an ass to do anything about it. Seriously considering starting my own true crime website. And if I do, it will kick this one's ass.
although i enjoy this site, i'm having second thoughts about coming here to get my true crime fix because of all these stupid posters. Where's the moderator? It's starting to get ridiculous.
My fellow posters, please don't give Ed the satisfaction by responding to his comments. Obviously this blog is the only thing he has in his miserable life. He makes comments to get a rise. He is without worth, and he hates himself that is why he makes those types of comments.
To Mr. Ed, I can't even begin to put words to describe the unbelieveable comment you made. Beside the fact that this poor girl is someones 17 year old daughter, she is also a human being. It beg's to question what kind of person you are to even conceive the words to post a comment like that. But then to take it the level of actually pushing the send buttom. You sick SOB! Are you trying out for the dumbest criminal award because all the stupid things I've heard people do, that takes the cake! It's just as criminal as the person who did that unspeakable thing to this poor young girl & her family. You should be in a cell right next to them! To the family of this girl, my heart goes out to you. Sorry for my rant, but I just couldn't believe that comment & I couldn't let it go.
Comments do not seem to relate to story. Maybe it was an insult, whatever. Your thoughts are more erratic than a fart bouncing around in a skillet. No brains, no ambition, no hope. That about sums you up Ed.
