Michelle Kasseris Leaves Daughter, 11, Home Alone to Visit Her Boyfriend in Florida

So the 33-year-old mom flew to Tampa without her.
Police were notified when the girl didn't show up for school and a neighbor became concerned. They found her at home with nothing to eat but ice cream and cookies. Mom had reportedly told people she was going to Florida to tend to her father's funeral arrangements, a story proved bogus.
But she wasn't through betraying her motherly duties. When police called to say they had her daughter, Kasseris (pictured above) told them she wouldn't be home until the end of the week. Even though she was facing negligence charges, she still wasn't ready to give up her fun in the sun or care for her daughter.
Police say Kasseris has a habit of leaving on weekends and not reappearing for days while her daughter is left alone at home.
She's charged with risk of injury to a minor, impairing the morals of a child, and felonious sucking at motherhood.
