• The judge should know better than to expect therapy to help any sexual offender. According to the media, therapy doesn't help sexual offenders or at least has a very low level of success. Josh McLean claims that Horvath is an innocent man. If that is so, then he wouldn't have had a dog in his home after being told not to. And McLean wrote about the look on the face of Horvath. When I look at Horvath's photo, I see a face that appears to belong to a homosexual man, which reinforces his plea of guilty to sodomizing a male dog. I find what McLean wrote about Horvath putting a diaper on the dog because it had an infection to be interesting. Although it is McLean's explanation for why the dog had tape on it, it raises the questions, "How did the dog get the infection?" and "Was it a sexually transmitted infection?".

• ok... i know this guy personally.. i have known him for years... i knew him when he had this dog... i saw the trouble the dog went throug.. there was no evidence of human dna on the dog... the duct tape was a dieper he made because the dog had an infection and could not walk.... he was too poor to pay for the vet bills... he brought the dog to the vet and they would not treat the dog because he could not pay for it..he even went to the extent of carying this HEAVY dog around outside so it could use the bathroom.. he cared for the dog.. and when he was investigated they cornered him and made a deal with him that if he confessed to the crime he would not get in trouble.. being charged with animal abuse and scared of being charged with such an accusation he "confessed" in order to get rid of the heat from the cops... the media had a field day and made him out to be this horrible guy and therefore influenced the judges ruling.. the judge was either faced with freeing an innocent man and being outcasted by the media as a sympithizer or charching him and saving his own name... now a very good friend of mine has to wear sunglasses and a cap around his home town for fear of people harassing him and fighting him for something he didnt do... imagine.. your aunt loses her house and asks you to care for her dog.. of course you agree.. the dogs already existing illness gets worse... so you take the dog to the vet and they will not help you because you have no money.. so you do what you can.. you take toilet paper and duct tape and try to bandage the wound.. so a neighbor sees this and accuses you of animal crulity.. then the media steps in and blows it out of proportion.. now your name is ruined forever and your friends stop talking to you and you have to hide your face in your home town ... how would you feel?... thats how he feels.. look into his eyes and at his face in this picture. he may seem to be evil to you based on the context of the article.. but as i said i know him really well.. that is his face saying "i cant believe this is happening to me, all i did was try and help"
