Did gold digger kill her elderly boyfriend?
Moron of the Day Paid for Crack with Monopoly Money; His Dealer was Displeased
Police in Wichita, Kansas made a routine traffic stop, only to find that the 33-year-old driver was bleeding from the head. His tale began a few weeks earlier, when he says he bought a few hundred dollars worth of crack with Monopoly money...
We're not sure how he got away with the initial purchase, since Monopoly money looks slightly different than regular U.S. currency. But something leads us to believe we're not dealing with esteemed members of the scientific community here.
Anyway, the dealer decided to invite the crackhead over to his house following that ill-fated transaction. The crackhead, apparently forgetting the inherent danger of using fake money to buy dope, accepted the generous offer.
When Mr. Crackhead arrived, the dealer promptly began beating him on the head with a gun, while others jumped in on the attack.
Our bumbling crackhead managed to escape, only to be pulled over by police. But after explaining why his melon was bashed open, he wisely decided to clam up and not anger the dealer any further by fingering him.
The case remains open.

Ha ha ha!
Posted 03/19/2010 at 10:30:21 AMI went there to try the ceviche, which they raved about. I have to agree that the Peruvian version was the best I'd had.
Posted 03/19/2010 at 10:56:30 AMHey, Kansas in the news! Bleeding crackhead story? yea, sure..we'll take it...! Woo Hoo
Ad Astra Per Aspera...
Posted 03/19/2010 at 03:30:39 PMWow, this just sucks! Being that I'm not far from Wichita, that just makes me sad! Although, I'm not very surprised! Most people in Wichita are morons, so I'm amazed more of them don't make it on here! Both BTK and the Carr (I think that's how its spelled) brothers were from there/around there. That place is just scary!
Posted 03/19/2010 at 04:47:27 PMI am just amused to say the least that the crack dealer did'nt know it was monopoly money? could'nt he have just compared it to real money LOL! Something don't sound right here!?
Posted 03/19/2010 at 05:33:52 PMHold up, the only proof we have that any of this actually went down is this genius used the story to explain being beat to hell when a cop pulled him over? I'm thinking there may be a reason none of this makes sense to anyone remotely sober.
Posted 03/19/2010 at 05:35:20 PMmost likely it was real money on top and monopoly money as filler
Posted 03/19/2010 at 07:47:46 PMIs this crack dealer new to the business and the USA?? How could he not know at the time of the sale it was Monopoly money? Why would he have sold it to him in the first place? Am I missing something here?
Posted 03/20/2010 at 04:23:03 AMMakes perfect sense for a couple of reasons, (never having purchased crack myself) addictive nature of the drug makes these transactions quite frequent, also I would imagine that engaging in this illegal act, can't really be compared to your everyday stop at 7-11. Street transactions are more like 1 handed greetings. Items take an extra second to be exchanged, and $ is counted elsewhere which explains how ticked Mr. Dealer was. Funniest part for me was that Mr. crackedHead agreed to enter , knowing he paid with orange and blue notes.
Posted 03/20/2010 at 04:58:04 PMSo he was stupid enough to use monopoly money and visit the crack dealers house afterwards, but smart enough to not give the dealer up? Too bad, it would have been a better story if all the bad guys got taken down.
Posted 03/21/2010 at 10:09:08 AMMaybe the dealer was from the Candyland?
Posted 03/21/2010 at 01:05:40 PMHe was js and he drove a pimped car, one blue and one red from the game of Life LOL!
Posted 03/21/2010 at 10:36:42 PMWell, another interesting drug scandal from Kansas, this one from my hometown, Liberal. I don't know all the details, but this is what I know so far. Earlier today, a car lot "Andrades" was raided by local cops, the KBI, and the FBI on drug charges. All 3 of them are taped off and have FBI and KBI agents posted at them. They are still searching and going thru things. No clue yet as to what prompted the search or what, if anything, they have found. Neither of the newspapers here in town have reported anything and none of the news channels have said anything either. I'm gonna be very interested in seeing how this story develops! Kinda scary having KBI and FBI here in town! Not used to it! And what's scarier? My little brother just bought a car from them about a month ago! Hope his car wasn't involved in anyway!
