Rianne Theriault-Odom Gets Life for Setting Dancer Roberta Busby on Fire

​She confronted Roberta and doused the 28-year-old mother of two with a pop bottle filled with gas, then set her on fire. Roberta ran inside and employees helped her douse the flames. But she suffered burns over 40 percent of her body and endured more than two dozen skin grafts.

"Now you're going to feel the same heartache that I felt when I couldn't hug, kiss or play with my kids or even talk to my kids," Roberta told Odom yesterday during a sentencing hearing. "I guess I'll never know what was going through your mind that night, but one day you'll have to answer to God, and that's more justice than any prison can do to you."

Yet the judge thought prison would be a good idea too. So Odom was sentenced to life on her convictions for torture and mayhem. In a rather weird request, the mother of four asked for a psych evaluation, saying she was mentally unprepared for the sentence.
