• The credit card company can stop payment because the man did not authorize payment. Clearly the doctors front desk did not perform due diligence. If the credit card owner is not the person purchasing the services, you need to speak directly to the credit card company before setting the surgery date.

• @Hannah - Hahaha, that would be the perfect "unspecified resitution"... A repo of her implants!! They should really set a year standard based on the amount stolen for these kind of things... Anything up to $1000 = 6 months.. Add a month for each $1000 over... So, approximately 20 months. I didn't realize that identity theft carried such a light sentence??? When combined with two other crimes, only 6 months? That doesn't seem like nearly enough for ruining somebody's credit.
