Did gold digger kill her elderly boyfriend?
Indiana Cops Taser Unruly 10-Year-Old Boy at Day Care
It's safe to say the cops in Martinsville, Indiana are not the manly sort. For the second time on Tuesday, they were called to a home day care center to tame an unruly 10-year-old. The kid was found kicking and screaming on the front porch and refused to settle down...
It sounds like the 94-pound lad was in the midst of an epic fit. He'd hit his day care providers and refused to cool out when officer Darren Johnson and Captain William
Jennings arrived.
But instead of restraining the kid -- which would seem ever-so-doable, seeing as how he's just 94 damn pounds -- officer Johnson decided to taser the young boy's ass, while Captain Jennings slapped him in the face.
The kid wasn't injured, save for a mark on his arm where he got juiced. But police Chief Jon Davis isn't too happy. If his officers need to zap a 10-year-old, what would they do if confronted by an uncontrollable 13-year-old girl? Gut-shoot her and beat her with black jacks?
Both officers are now on administrative duty. The chief is conducting an investigation into their conduct and whether they're manly enough to be peace officers -- or perhaps better suited for interior decorating.

This is screwed up-but I have to say the way it was written made me laugh.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 02:28:59 PMYep SHAME ON YOU PETER for making me lauph!! :) Happy April Fools Day! Lord knows its enouph of us around here :)
Posted 04/01/2010 at 02:37:30 PM...I'm still laughing so hard I have tears streaming down my face. It sounds like slapstick comedy, maybe like the Three Stooges.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 02:47:25 PMNow you stop making me lauph cw its contagious even over the computer. Can you imagine these cops looking like Barney Phife (SP?). Standed back wondering what are we gonna do with this wild child, OH! (lightbulb) we have these newly issued tasers!!!!
Posted 04/01/2010 at 02:55:32 PM***Standing I ment to type future editors of Amurica!
Posted 04/01/2010 at 02:57:58 PMC'mon, is this an April Fools joke...?
Posted 04/01/2010 at 03:06:56 PMIt's possibly an April Fool's joke, but it's also potentially real.
Problem is, cops can't really physically "do" anything to a minor, even if the minor is trying to harm them.
Yeah yeah yeah "he's 94 pounds! what's he going to do?!".
Posted 04/01/2010 at 03:13:28 PMEver been bit by a 10 year old, kicked in the nuts by one, or tried to restrain an unruly kid?
The first two can potentially cause major issues such as infection(a human's mouth is actually riddled with bacteria. Our mouths make dogs, who eat their own shit, look like the Gods of oral hygiene), the second can cause all kinds of problems(testicular torsion being the worst, which actually requires surgery to correct).
And the third?
Speaking as someone who has two younger brothers and had to keep them from murdering each other repeatedly, the weight doesn't mean a damned thing. Kids are far stronger than you give them credit for--which you have to remember, because in a case like this restraining the child can cause them to hurt themselves far more than simply pegging them with a taser.
Added bonus of the taser?
Kid learns to stop having temper tantrums :P
No joke, Moet. We actually forgot it was April Fool's Day. But now that you've reminded us...
Posted 04/01/2010 at 03:15:00 PMPete,
Lol, oops, maybe I shouldn't have said anything!
I was hoping this WAS a joke! I didn't want to believe cops can be this gutless and useless! What a couple of wads...
Posted 04/01/2010 at 03:19:07 PMPete, I absolutely LOVE these cops-with-donut photos. hilarious
Posted 04/01/2010 at 03:19:43 PMLOLLLOLOOLL!!! I can't breathe...
Posted 04/01/2010 at 04:05:28 PMWhat Nick said. I find it revealing that this site doesn't post links to news articles, but just makes smarmy comments on the incidents. When you look up what actually happened... well, go ahead. If you can be bothered.
/not a cop
Posted 04/01/2010 at 04:48:40 PMI did look up the AP article...it says less than this article. My suggestion, if you don't like this site, don't visit it. It is a unique site that may not be for every reader.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 04:55:12 PMThe cop told the boy to apologize for his behavior, the boy refused, the cop smacked him in the mouth and THEN the boy tried to kick him in the groin. The tasering happened after that.
I wish he DID get testicular torsion (reminds me of a hilarious Venture Bros. episode...).
To suggest that two trained law enforcement officers handled this child the best way possible, and reacted in the most professional manner they could, seems more like a marked effort to be contrary rather than to make sense.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 05:10:25 PMStay classy, pigs.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 09:08:44 PMI agree Moet...and can't help but wonder if they're going to get their asses sued off them for this...Or maybe make a movie-of-the week. I already have a catchy title in my head for it.
Daddy-Day-Cops. ha ha hah.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 10:16:52 PMThis isn't the first time I have heard of full grown police officers going up against a child they felt was out of control with a taser. Unfortunately, this child was only 6 and in kindergarten when he supposedly was out of control with a piece of glass. This happened back east in MA so the paper said. Anyway, the 6 year old was zapped by the police officer who felt his own personal safety was in jeopardy. Imagine, a full grown man, trained as a police officer that couldn't manage a kindergarten child with a piece of glass. He tasered that child to death. I didn't hear of any follow up on the story but I hope his parents pursued wrongful death in this case. It won't bring back their son but perhaps it will make the local police department rethink their strategy with children that are "out of control". It is a crying shame. We used to teach our children that you could trust policemen. Not any more.
Posted 04/01/2010 at 11:55:54 PMyes, i have observed for some time that our cops these days
Posted 04/02/2010 at 04:15:30 AMare acting like children themselves and having their own temper tantrums, unfortunately, they seem to get away with everything, bullying, lying, and even murder. maybe this kid will grow up to be one of them. No, that is right, i have seen enough jack ass cops these days that i have no respect for the majority of them. sorry to those few, who are still real caring mature citizens.
OH WOW, INDIANA SHOULD FEEL MORE SAFE NOW THAT THE BIG BAD EVIL10 GOT TASED! WHATS NEXT? LETS TASE THE BIG BAD MEAN 1 YR OLD TOO! WTF!!
Posted 04/02/2010 at 01:33:17 PMidiots!
Posted 04/02/2010 at 01:51:10 PMnext thing you know there are bullet holes at the graves of flies and spiders.
Posted 04/02/2010 at 02:29:45 PMThis is sad. And it has a couple of articles in the town paper and the police chief isn't too thrilled about the publicity...
Posted 04/02/2010 at 03:23:15 PMThe kid isn't showing any ill effects from being tasered. I don't think the cops did anything wrong in this particular situation.
Posted 04/03/2010 at 10:17:58 AMLittle brat got what he deserved!!!
Posted 04/05/2010 at 09:08:25 PMyeah its true enough..I live in the area.
Posted 04/08/2010 at 05:34:31 PMis this true or is this a joke. that shit isnt fucking funny if a cop ever did that shit to one of my boys i go find the mother fucker and a taser in his dick and see how he likes it! cops r perks even though i got 3 members in my family that are cops. but fuck them if they did that to mi boys. come on now.
Posted 04/15/2010 at 10:02:49 PMI want to say that I live in Martinsville,In and the story of the ten year old boy being tazed(instead of being restrained)is sad but true...Moreover,it seems that the officers here have got away with alot of corruption over the years.I would also like to say that a tazer is the only other weapon listed as deadly in the law books besides a firearm,so I have to ask if these officers would be in trouble even if they would have shot the kid dead with9mm hand guns?Anyhow,I guess it does not matter because if anyone tried to stop them I am sure they would be shot to(I mean tazed).
