Matthew Clemmens is a dickhead. We have the scientific data. The 21-year-old was at at Philadelphia Phillies game with his buddy, but the South Jersey boys couldn't keep their manners with children present...

For some reason they decided to harass the people seated in front them. That would be Easton, Pennsylvania police Captain Michael Vangelo and his two daughters, ages 15 and 11.

The cop says Clemmens and his pal spent several innings drunkenly cussing, spilling beer and harassing the family. When the 15-year-old asked the assholes to stop, Clemmens' buddy decided to spit on her.

Dad, in an epic show of restraint, didn't kick their asses -- as God intended. "I kept thinking, 'If I get arrested, my kids will be alone here,'" he later told the Philly Daily News.

So the captain got with an usher, and Clemmens buddy was booted from the stadium. But this only pissed off our dickwad more. He loudly announced that he was going to be sick, then stuck his fingers down his throat and barfed on the cop's 11-year-old daughter. Then he started throwing roundhouses Vangelo.

8:1 odds says he punches like a girl.

Another off-duty Easton cop intervened until Philly police arrived, at which point Clemmens barfed on another cop.

Doucheboy was charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, harassment, resisting arrest and other offenses. And as you can see by his photo above, the arresting officers weren't too gentle with their arrest. Here's hoping police quietly took a phone book to his head when they got him back to the precinct.
