Tracy Ocasio Disappearance: James Hataway, Satanist Creep, Named Suspect in Her Abduction

• don't you think  he's a "sick fuck" because he was molested?  Not all rape victims become monsters, but combine his upbringing with drugs and alcohol and this is the result.  I went to church with him and his parents in the late '80's   and I'm angry at how 2 deaf child  molesters had their way with SCORES of children, and after slaps on the wrists, they're finally doing decades in prison. I'm positive Jimmy was one of their victims. I'm not excusing his behavior in ANY way, just trying to understand it. I grew up in church, have a deaf sister, knew his deaf parents, and now am in shock of  all the hypocracy and sweep it under the rug bullshit.  Our children  are sponges and when they think this behavior is ok, then they do become  "sick fucks".

It seems that everyones heart is in the right place but what I think some people need to understand is that a plea bargain is the BEST course of action for a number of reasons! #1 The family(s) get closure, also if he goes to trial with no murder weapon or body and purely circumstantial evidence he will most likely be found innocent and best case scenario would be hes found guilty of murder 2 and nobody gets any answers! on the other hand... heres a hypothetical situation: He does plea to a murder 2 and gets ONLY 10 years but another 15-30 years probation and im sure somehow in the plea it will be worked out to where he has to register as a sex offender. Now he becomes a target of everyone who was touched by this case and if he makes one little bity mistake hes back in jail with no bond on a VOP (violation of probation)and then he doesnt have the option of a plea bargain or even a jury of his peers.. he simply gets a hearing where the state and his probation officer make recommendations on what should happen and the judge decides! At this point the judge has the power to go back to the orginal charge he plead to (murder 2) and give him a life sentence!! Thats the best outcome! then we find out the truth about what happened and who was involved if there were more than just him and instead of him trying to work the system the system worked that idiot!! and im not sure if any of you all know this or not but over 85% of Orange County Corrections inmates are there for Violating Probation! thats a fact you can look it up! So thats why I think a plea deal WILL work in the best interest of the victim and her family N friends

• Forgot the most important one: 9. Do not harm little children. That applies to all humans. Any cursory reading of The Satanic Bible would tell you that Satanists do not condone murder. Read the book before making claims.

And what part of "Do what thou wilt is not a part of Satanism" did you not get the first time around? Do your own damned research before making ridculous, unsubstantiated claims.

• ...also, if anyone noticed, no satanists or satanism defenders posting were seemingly up the to challenge I posed above. They got mysteriously quiet in regards to only that particular inquiry. I think if there was no validity to what I have been saying about the religion, I would have been proven wrong beyond a shadow of a doubt already. It should be a very simple thing for you to do, based on your claims.

• I'm aware of the origin/history of the phrase, Magistra. I still see nothing compelling me to believe that "Do What Thou Wilt" has not been universally adopted by satanists as a tenet of the religion, or any reason to believe that they would report sexual or physical violence within their particular sects or covens or whatever they call them. I think "Do What Thou Wilt" implies that you should feel free to indulge whatever urges you have, and that as long as you don't get caught, you take sole responsibility morally for your actions. It seems to imply that society's values have zero authority over satanists, which is pure nonsense. They do and always will, whether satanists object to it or not. Of course they know they can still get in trouble like anyone else, but that never stopped anyone from commiting a crime. My issue with it is, whenever the concept of answering to no common moral code is indoctrinated like that, people will inevitably abuse it. It's license to do things you would otherwise naturally accept were wrong.

• Realfriend---the courts will decide what is truth and what is hearsay and rumor. Here we try to make our points based on our experiences and the information available. By stating "the sickness this monster indulged in" I was referring to his hobbies as evidenced by the search warrant executed by the police and the abuse of women as put forth by alleged victims and witnesses. As for "I do not trust Satanists" (snappy name, btw, I like it,) "Do what thou wilt" is not a Satanic term. It was coined by theosophist and christian heretic A. Crowley and has been embraced by modern Wiccans. We Satanists know doing what one wants can result in a boatload of trouble.

Please, provide links or your resources so that we may all be as sure of these "facts" as you are. And Mr Kotz, we'd like to know more about the 6 women that have been abused by the "satanist creep." • Women must do what they can to keep themselves safe and always be aware of their surroundings. It's important to carry non-lethal personal protection and be ready to use it. The only one that you should expect to save you in an attack is YOU!

• The death penalty has been applied to many innocent people. As we discover this, we attempt to prevent reoccurence of this injustice with a comprehensive appeals process. The appeals process exists to protect the innocent. It also makes the death penalty more expensive than life in prison. Anyone who longs for a return to the days of frontier justice should take a trip to some of the places in the world where it still exists, and observe how that process works in reality, and how fair and impartial it is. If they survive and still have the same opinion, then I might be more inclined to listen. I've read the Satanic bible cover-to-cover. • Please do not insult the legal religion of Satanism which practices law and order and reports criminal activity to authorities with the sickness this monster indulges in. • i get real tired of assholes taking the lives of inocent people and getting away with it. people say the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment? wow the suspect used cruel and unusual punishment when he killed his victim. point number two, why does it take forever and a million years to execute someone on death row? what is wrong with this country, lets make murder, child molestation a death penalty offense and execute the person 48hrs after the guilty verdit is returned.

He'll make a plea bargain to get off in return for disclosing details as to the fate of Tracy and will walk in 5 years, probably to repeat his serial ways. Maybe Justice will be served by one of his inmates since the evidence is lacking for the Law to do it.

• I think those plea deals suck-sure it might get the bodies back from past crimes but these guys don't deserve any deals. Here's a deal for them...we'll execute you in a humane way if you tell us where she is. Otherwise, well ... no guarantees on the "humane" part.
