In May of last year, 27-year-old Tracy Ocasio was seen on surveillance cameras leaving the Florida Tap Room in Orlando with James Hataway. Her car was later found abandoned near Hataway's home. But Tracy hasn't been seen since...

Police searched Hataway's home a month later. Friends told detectives he was into Satanism and cannibalism. But though he remained a person of interest, they could find no evidence linking him to Tracy's disappearance.

Police believe James Hataway could be linked to assaults and disappearances of as many as six other women

Further investigation linked Hataway to the disappearances and assaults on six other women, however. And he was finally arrested. Not for the kidnapping of Tracy, but for an attack on another woman in 2008.

In August of 2008, he drove the woman home. As they hugged goodbye, he started to choke her.

The woman escaped from the car and ran. But Hataway caught her and started to bang her head on the ground. He also tried to snap her neck. She screamed and got away after neighbors came running to the scene. Hataway's now in the slam awaiting trial for attempted murder.

Meanwhile, the search for Tracy continues.
