Angus Pascall, NYC Paramedic, Busted as Serial Rapist Who Attacked Little Girls
Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 1:57 pm
According to police, Angus Pascall began his career as a serial rapist in 2001. That's when he forced his way into a 22-year-old woman's home, stuck a gun in her face, and raped her. He would join the Fire Department of New York four years later as a paramedic...
His superiors were none the wiser that they were hiring a perv. Detectives
believe his attacks may have gone dormant during this time -- at least
that's the operative belief right now -- until he started again last
year. (
Drawing above shows his police sketch before his arrest.)
In May of 2009, he sodomized a 19-year-old woman in the
elevator of her apartment building. It happened again last October, when
he forced a 14-year-old girl to the back courtyard of her apartment
building, armed with a gun and a knife. He tried to rape her, but the
girl fought him off and fled.
He reemerged on July 11. Police
believe he used a universal fireman's key to commandeer an elevator,
then sodomized an 11-year-old girl aboard it.
But his string
came to an end Monday. That's when detectives say he kidnapped a
20-year-old woman at gunpoint, forced her into his car and raped her. As Pascall left the scene, the woman jotted down his license plate.
She later picked him out of a lineup.
He's now been charged with
rape, sexual abuse, criminal sex act, menacing, criminal possession
of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child. Police are still
investigating to see if there may be additional victims.
