But that didn't stop our crazed heroine. On Saturday, the day before Devon's 5th birthday, Elizabeth and Cochran kidnapped Devon at gunpoint from his father's Lake Ozark home. Then they took off for parts unknown.

But instead of conceding to arrest, the shitbags gunned the engine, leading police on a high-speed chase that reached 100 miles-per-hour while they shot at troopers in pursuit. All with Devon in the car.
New Mexico police eventually grounded the pair using stop-sticks. But Elizabeth and Cochran ran into the desert, leaving Devon behind. The child was found safe and sound. The couple, however, had disappeared.
The FBI is unsure how they got there, but Elizabeth and Cochran managed to make their way to Phoenix, more than 300 miles away. Following a tip, they were arrested in Indian Bend Wash Park.
Elizabeth and Cochran are now awaiting extradition back to Missouri, where they'll be loaded up with a few pounds of felonies. That suits Paul Denman, Devon's father, just fine. His son is safe and his ex-wife and her shitbag boyfriend are now in jail. No more will he have to look over his shoulder, worried about his son's safety.
