Joe Francis, Girls Gone Wild Founder, Sues Cameraman Writing Tell-All Book

• Joe Francis/AKA Perpetual Douchebag is worried about a book affecting his reputation? Whatever mirror he's got, the rest of us apparently need to buy. Underneath all that bling, he's still a floater in the cesspool of low brow culture. After the various civil suits, the convictions on prostitution, drug use and tax evasion, and the unflattering article from years past that discussed him having sex with an 18 year old female who stated that she had told him 'no' --- this silly a**hat thinks he still has a reputation left to lose?

• Joe Francis is definitely in the Top 10 Douche-Bags of the 21st Century, but I still think Christopher Stone has him beat, hands down for the Top Dog of that distinguished shame. Although both are the types that give pornographers a bad name, at least Joe Francis takes advantage of 18+ drunk girls, whereas Christopher Stone takes advantage of tricking pre-pubescent children into doing web-cam porn. However, I think the fact that both are so defensive about what they do that they will abuse the legal system goes to show the massive guilt they still have despite their narcissistic delusions to the contrary. It's going to be a tough sell to a jury that Ryan Simkin violated a NDA, especially considering there are landmark cases that already establish that a legally binding NDA can't override your Constitutional Rights. He probably would have more success making a claim of Slander and Libel, as there is a lesser burden of proof of damage in Civil Court than in Contractual Law...but again, with his reputation already, I doubt that his lawyer could find enough people to fill a jury who don't already think he's so low that anything Ryan Simkin says could even remotely hurt his reputation any further.

• Um I'm pretty sure Joe Francis easily wins the "Douche of the Decade" title, if not "Douche of the Century". But whatever. Go whack off to drunken girls that just hit their 18th birthdays. It's cool.

• I agree. His little movies are not starring porn stars or wanna b's. they are showing your college girls enjoying their vacation from school. Dont get me wrong, i'm not a prude and know that when young people get together with other young people and booze (and drugs) are involved, God only knows what can and will happen. How many storied do we see where someone dies or is kidnapped or murdered while on spring break? Just had one a few weeks ago. In FL, young man fell 10 stories from a balcony. Where he, in a drunking state, attempted to climb up on the ledge and walk! On a dare. he fell to his death. No one stopped him. they were all drunk. And most even ran away afterwards before the cops got there. Was ruled accident. But was it really? anyways, Francis is scum and a porngrapher and should be behind bars as a prev. But he uses the Freedom of speach cause to get away with what he does. Every girl in his videos need to get together and file a class action suit against him for using their likeness without permission. And for portraing them in a sexually nature. Not sure what else. he thinks he is everything. But he's nothing. If everyone stopped buying his videos he would go out of business. But wait, he would still have his prevs and his oversea customers. SUE HIM!!!! hit him where it really hurts.

• Last I heard, he tried to personally intimidate a website for name-calling..Didn't work. And before that, he was in jail. I look forward to the day we see the end of those ggw infomercials. He belongs in jail - in the same dark cell as Max Hardcore and Rob Black. Pornmongers like him who somehow think they have rights are too common these days.

• yet CT, Joe Francis is hot. But it's all surface! he's a whoremaster and his multiple arrests prove it. I can't believe he would sue the cameraman. This guy had to endure all the years of working with Joe Francis and bet he didn't make a boat load of money either. Joe Francis is a classless guy. he would approach young girls in bars during spring breaks and pile them with shit. he then would video tape them being stupid. Then sell the tapes online! when these girls started seeing themselves online and on video, the fought back. he never had anyone sign a release or permission to use their likeness. Then when it all came out, this cameraguy must have gotten involved with the backlash as well. He was the camera guy. I say let him write his book. As long as he doesn't use Joe Francis' name or "Girls gone wild", i don't see anything libel about it. Just write it from behind the camera!!!
