Michael Ratliff, Moron of the Day: Brings 18-Month-Old Daughter With to Buy Hooker

​Police in Middletown, Ohio set up a prostitution sting to drive hookers and johns away from businesses in a neighborhood infested by the flesh trade. They nabbed 29 people in all, the usual cast of middle-aged characters dumb enough to proposition undercover cops...

But one guy stood out. That would be 38-year-old Michael Ratliff of Trenton.

It seems Ratliff badly needed a dose of barenaked female pleasure. But he was also taking care of his 18-month-old daughter at the time. That's when he thought to himself, "Why not just take her along! It will be a father-daughter bonding experience, and quite possibly an educational lesson in micro-economics! It will be just like Harvard! Only cheaper and with nudity!"

So that's what he did.

He approached an undercover cop and tried to complete his pay-per-view rendezvous in a nearby alley. But the cop was interested in an educational experience of a different sort -- namely the kind that ends with Ratliff in jail, busted for both soliciting and child endangerment.
