"He wont serve 5 to 99 for each violation here in Texas. he will serve 6 months.
"How do I know? My douchebag ex husband did the same thing. He was given 7 months work release for beating me until I was unrecognizable. After a month he quit reporting and was given an escape charge.
"They caught him and he did only the original 7 month sentence and was put on felony probabtion which of course he violated by beating the crap out of his then girlfriend. He was then sentenced to 15 months State jail. He will be released next month free and clear. No probation, no parole.
"They dont give a shit about Domestic Violence in this state they wait until you kill someone so they can then kill you."
