Dirt bag is at Hampden County Jail in Ludlow MA. if anyone knows anyone up here that is in lockup!!! He is under lockup right now due to the charges and that's just what they do. First week is PC and then if he is ok then he can go GP. But with his charges and the possiblity of tweeking (hey i like that word!) he will be PC until court. Due to charges he has been denied bail. so he will sit there for a while. Court in MA will take him atleast 6 months to a year to go to court. I believe they said today he is "3rd strike Domestic Violence" If so, he is going away for a long time. Mother is now out of hospital and is staying with family members. he has family out of country and is concidered a flight risk. all i know from news today.

• A really bad situation ended allright. The 10 yr old steped in, and said "no way" to the tweaker, and mom is O.K. Wow, that could have been an awful outcome. A big high-five to the son!

• That is one brave kid, but mom apparently raised her son well. Not only was he brave enough to intervene to help his mother, but when he realized he couldn't stop a crazed lunatic 3x his size, he dialed 911. That kid deserves a cookie! The ex needs to go to that special place where Abusers of women and children go, where he will never be able to hurt another woman or child again.

• Yeah, when we saw this in the papers, it kind of stalled us for a few seconds. this happened up around near where my sister lives. it wasn't a pretty picture she said. The woman does have a little burned areas on her. But not as bad as it could have been. I guess she was treated for poisoning and her throat is real bad. I heard from a neighbor, that she can't talk. That's how bad she is. The son isn't that big either. But he tried to take on this monster. My sister and the neighbors say that this POS has beat this woman many times in the past and there was a restraining order in place in the past. Not sure if it was still in place. The neighbors told my sister this scun was a druggie and loved his booze. His address is listed as this poor woman's. Not sure if he has family or someone in Springfield. See, told everyone that Springfield is really bad. This attack took place in broad day light. And he was arrested not very far away. The kid was very brave. this scum could have hurt him very badly. he's that type of person. I don't remember when it happened, but it was all over the news over the weekend. Scary stuff.
