• He may have a prior conviction. And yes it sounds suspicious of the new allegations. do we realize the origianl charge; possesion of a child pornography. I know pornography of any kind is still kind of taboo; but Terry only has been held on allegations; He is innocent until proven guilty. I am not defending anyone's actions at all. but i have know Terry for the better part of 20 years and i know first hand that his son was not in any danger what so ever. I sincerely hope these allegations are not true. If they are; it truly puts what i have thought of him in another light. I am shocked that these charges are on the table because it is not what i know Terry to be.

• I am really glad the boy is safe and I hope the scum-sucking, bottom-feeder of a father pays for his crimes. It is sad this boy doesn't have either parent. Good job on the person who called it in for paying attention. I agree with the others, A password and stuff would be great for this site, it would be too easy for someone to claim your identity. • The old days are gone. This guy will not be placed into an open population where run of the mill thiefs , killers, and drugstore cowboys hang their hats. Either segregation until placement into a sex offender unit or he'll be placed with people who have to much to lose to act out as a vigilante.

• The police don't suspect it, but I'm not sure why not. To me, questioning a kid who has been brainwashed by a child molester...impossible to know.

• It depends on whether they are convicted or not. M.J. was acquitted and never found guilty by a Trial of his Peers. If he had, then they would have taken his children away and not allowed M.J. any future contact with any child. Since this pedo's prior offense was for Possession of Child Pornography rather than Molestation and the child's mother was deceased, I don't think that anyone initially believed that the child would be in danger (which it turns out he wasn't) and that it would not have been in the child's best interests had the Court given a No Contact Order to his father after he had served his time. However, now that he had to face charges for actual molestation of three other children, then it would have only been a matter of time before CPS took his son away, even before he had the chance to a fair trial, even though he doesn't seem to be the type of pedo who would molest his own flesh and blood (which Nature has biological safeguards that generally prevents incestuous molestation...that's why step-parents or foster-parents are 40 times more likely to molest a child in the household than the biological parents). The d00d seriously needs to fry, rot in prison, face castration, or be given the same treatment in prison as he has done unto others...but he hasn't wronged his own child (other than being a disappointment and leaving him as a Ward of the State because he couldn't restrain himself from going pervy on other kids).

• I rejoice that the boy is safe now. I will truly rejoice when his father is found dead.

• Good thing it ended well. It sounds like this pedo at least wouldn't poop in his own yard, and would go to other yards to do his deed, so it sounds like his son was never truly in any danger in that respect. It sounds like he wanted a last bit of quality father-son time before he went away for the rest of his natural life. I know if ever I was going away to prison for life, and had nothing left to lose, I would run off with my daughter for a couple of days for one last time together before I had to say goodbye and pay the piper my dues. Still, I can understand everyone freaking considering what he has done in the past and what he is currently accused of doing! No wrong on their parts either for thinking the worst and reacting the way they did! Well, hopefully this perv will do the right thing by his son's eyes and own up to his wrongs and face the music, even if Justice comes from a swift donkey-punch from his cellmate.

• Hey, this looks real familar. Not sure why. Either the name or the face, but i swear i heard something recent about this sitution up here. Going to have to check newspapers at home. Sounds really familar. I think maybe the uncle had the kid? But why if that is so, did they allow the father to be around? I hope they find this child and quik. Even if the father isn't abusing him, who's to say he won't in the near future.

• I just saw on Nancy Grace's facebook that the police just announced that Terry Sr. is in now in custody and Terry Jr. is doing fine.

I'm just curious because if he doesn't, then I assume the boy is in more danger then he would be if the dad just thought they needed to take off for a while and didn't want to leave the kid behind.
