But he was still a free man awaiting sentencing. And that allowed him to stalk yet another ex-girlfriend.
It seems that during the time he was raping his first ex-girlfriend, he'd managed to get romantically involved with another woman. But that woman, who lives in Delmont, Pennsylvania, apparently dumped him as well. Davis desperately wanted her back.
So from his New Castle, Indiana home, he created a Facebook page in the name of the first woman he raped. Then he began sending weird messages to the second woman in Pennsylvania.
Pretending to be the rape victim, he threatened to send the woman's boyfriend sexually explicit photos if she didn't move back to Indiana "and pretend she wanted to be with Davis," according to the police report. The woman also received a video featuring Davis and her having sex. The woman never knew their intimacy had been taped.
But Davis wasn't content to get weird over Facebook. Last week, he was arrested while sleeping in his car outside the woman's home in Delmont. He was armed with a gun and a box cutter.
Police decided that, given the circumstances and Davis' history with love, it would be best if they lit him up. And so they did. He's charged with stalking, transmitting obscene images, loitering, and criminal coercion. A judge has set his bond at $75,000, and he remains in jail, just where the asshole belongs.
