Kristina Pongracz May Face Murder for Gold Digger Beating of 77-Year-Old Boyfriend

• You definately are one angry bitch.  You do not even know Nikole and what she went thru living with Bill. Well I do. I am a good friend of hers and until you walk in someone else's shoes you might want to let go of judging someone you do not even know and take a hard look at yourself. This whole situation is extremely sad and is an exemple of how a night of  drinking can turn into a nightmare. She is truly a very kind person who would never harm intentionally. Bill had his faults also and there are things he put her through that no woman should have to go thru. This is not to excuse her behavior that night but to hate and judge on someone you do not know in a situation that you have no experience with lets me know you truly are just an angry bitch with nothing better to do then hate on people you don't even know. Compassion and understanding are two spiritual principles that when practiced can change lives.

SURPRISED THAT HE LIVED AS LONG AS HE HAS. HOW THE YOUNG LADY PUT UP WITH THAT ASS FOR 10 YEARS IS A MIRACLE. (NOBODY ELSE HAS). I HOPE SHE GETS THRU THIS. THIS GUY WAS NOT A GOOD GUY.

• I have to laugh every time I hear about a senior citizen dying after being beaten, and then somebody makes the brilliant comment that because of his age he probably wouldn't have lived long anyway. If she proves to have killed him, then she should be executed. • I would tap many things, and have tapped many, but I'd personally take a pass on this "He look-a like-a man" murderess. Pressing Aggravated Assault charges will be easy. Even getting a Manslaughter conviction will be easy. Going for the Gold and getting a Murder wrap won't be so cut and dried. Proving Intent to Kill when she beat him with a cane will be an uphill battle and almost nigh impossible. If alcohol was involved, chances are she is going to get an acquittal if they push for Murder (which she does deserve doing time for Murder, I'm just pointing out that she's unlikely to be convicted of it). I just hope she wasn't named as a Beneficiary on his Life Insurance policy (or that he was well enough in the hospital to change it). This gold-digger doesn't deserve a single penny for what she has done.
