• steve. the case I mentioned. is from what I found in the Cloquet Pine Journal. the one with the six and ten year old. . in my daughter's case however.I will expand on it. I am hoping my ex never finds out about her. no, he is not her dad. if my ex was willing to try and kill me. I would hate to see what he would do to her. he would have to kill me first to get at her. knowing him, he would gladly kill me. . but she has her own sad tale as well. someone made a grudge complaint about me. cps took the her away. this was when she was two. she came back a week later. but scarred inside we found out. first episode that alerted to her having been molested in the foster home. was when we had something to make homemade popsicles. the one we tried to give her as a treat had broken off in the base(realized after her panic attack. that it looked like a adult toy.) she freaked out as in a panic attack. another incident. • I don't know, Sundae, we've done pretty many stories involving boys of all stripes who take up with older female predators. I'd guess the greater dynamic at play is that boys this young are naive and easily manipulated, and that's the recurring motif. • My mom was on birth control when she got pregnant with me and she was on it when she got pregnant with my brother I know others that have gotten pregnant while on birth control. I worked at a doctors office for a few years and just from internal calculations the doc figured over 1% of his patients on birth control got pregnant and condoms are what like 95% effective. I would encourage my future kid(s) to wait until marriage but I would give them all the info I could and not kick them out if anything happened. If they did decide to have sex I would hope they would do it in the safest way possible. I'm not wanting them to wait to have a problem until there out of my house I dont want them to have a problem but thats a difference of opinion between us I would encourage them to wait till marriage. I dont agree that 12 should be the age of consent in my opinion kids at that age dont really understand the consequences and older people of both sexes would be using it to get away with stuff. The law is very strict which does damage to the futures of kids who end up on the sex offender list and dont belong there. I dont agree that the list isn't needed but I have not done all the research I could but I have done some and what I saw had a high rate of going back to there old ways. Some of them are attracted to kids they dont know why they know its wrong and they fight themselves and no one knows how many are like that psychologically it would be interesting to find out to see if there might be a root cause that just hasn't been found yet. Like how some people with a certain genetic trait have a predisposition to violence it doesn't mean they will be but they have a head start in that direction. I also agree if a kid is in a situation with grown adults the parents should be checked but the adults should also know hands off. Kids lie to parents to get out or they sneak out windows a percentage of kids do whatever it takes to get away from parental supervision and parents want to trust that there kids are telling the truth. No matter how the kid ended up where they are at the adults should know not to do anything no matter what even if the kid is trying to get the person to do something. As for teens looking grown I can agree I haven't grown since I was 12 at that point I was 6 foot 2 inches and 240 pounds and had worked out every day since I was 8 I looked like an adult I sounded like an adult I was bigger and stronger then most adults from the age of 12. Marcus told me that when he was 6 years old, his mothers boy-friend "molested him and made Marcus watch as he rapped his older sister(11)." The boy-friend beat and rapped the sister for 5 more years. Marcus's abuse stopped, because his father stepped in and took him. Marcus told me, "he has know one to talk to, know one listens to him, his parents don't care." Saying anything at that point, I told him, " I cared." Please don't do anything stupid." Our call was dispatched to the police department, they were able to trace the call. The Pedophile that had came and gone out of Marcues life was long gone, but the damage was there for a life time. I tried to get Marcus to keep talking to me, but he was not saying anything. The last thing I heard was the Police saying, " they would take it from here." I found out the next morning Marcus over dosed.

I can name numerous mental states or motives that could led someone to have sex with a little kid just like I can site several motives for murder; each case is different, but there is really no such thing as a murder disease or a sex with kids disease called pedophilia. 3. I have found that the studies that indicate that "sex offenders" have a higher recidivism rate and therefore should be monitored closely is false. If you look at studies of actual crime statistics and get away for the fuzzy science of the paid whores (psychologist), you will see that the recidivism of sex offenders is less then in most other crimes and the sex offenders registration list is all for nothing. Sure, some sex offenders recommit; some robbers do to. 4. I have found that age of consent laws harm teenagers more then protect them. Teenagers are arrested every day in this country for having sex with other teens and they are then placed on sex offenders registries for life and a criminal record. People here about older men having sex with teens sometimes but it is a lot more rare statistically then people think. Most teen girls don't want an old guy as a boyfriend and they are not going to drop their drawers because an old guy asks them to. Sure, sometimes older men kidnap, rape, and kill teens but their are laws in place to deal with that. The best way to prevent teen girls from getting involved with an older man is better parenting and supervision not by putting in place age of consent laws that put more teens in jail then older men. People think that without the age of consent laws, all these men are going to be f-cking their teen daughters. That is so paranoid it borders on insanity. If you don't believe me, then have the government do an experiment and use hidden cameras and have a 30-40 year old man hang at the mall and try to pick up 14-15 year old teen girls. The probabilities are that he could try every day for years and get shut down every time. Teen girls are looking for guys in their in hip crowd. I do believe that an age consent law of 12 would be worth while because 12 is when kids get into adolescence and into experimental sexual behavior. The age of consent in Mexico is currently 12. This would keep kids out of jail for sexual behavior with each other. Good parenting would keep the older men away 100% of the time. If a kid of 12 or 13 for example, is found by the police to be out with older men, I really think the police or social services should be taking a closer look at the parents. Guys are always after an opportunity and if you put a cute teen girl with a woman's body and dressed sexy in the right situation, a red blooded male will usually go for it. The girl was interviewed by St. Louis County Sheriff's Investigator Stephen Borchers at the First Witness Child Abuse Resource Center. She said she had been sexually abused by Lovshin on multiple occasions. She suffered great bodily harm and permanent disfigurement. . thanks to that monster. that 10 year old girl if she gets married. will NOT be able to have any kids of her own. that monster denied her and a future husband of any kids, especially a son to carry on the family name. . and john keeps claiming there are no victims in a molestation. . lets see how he tries to claim there are no victims in a molestation. . I can go and find a ton of cases that prove the parasite wrong on that. and I get the feeling pretty much all of us could. . I still remember even after I got rid of my ex. at a convention.
