• cmack007.....rictoria probily told Chloe to speak up. . and because she didn't. rictoria thought that she was being dissed by Chloe. . not realising there are women who are taught NEVER to raise their voices. no matter what. . also, there are some aspies who will NOT raise their voices as well. because it hurts their ears to even hear their own voices raised. . if Chloe was the second type. even going thru a drive thru is most likely VERY painful on her ears. never mind being inside with the volume that can be inside a eatery.

• How was Chloe disrespecting Rictoria in the drive thru? Chloe probably got real shitty with Rictoria when asked to speak up. Don't think that warrents her taking the girl extentions out of her hair. Go ahead and sue or at least try to get a couple of free meals out of it!

• Her obvious lack of interpersonal and social skills along with her limited mentality I am sure has often led her to ponder why the only job she could get is one that requires her to flip a square hamburger patty. What a DUMBASS!!!

You can't expect every single job to be glamorous. A few years ago, I once had a job in customer service at Wal-Mart pushing carts and helping customers. My laziness was probably what got me terminated from my job, so being more professional may actually protect you from being terminated from your job.

• It kind of makes me want to go to a random drive thru's and do like I use to do to my mom. I'd yell like half words and sentences and just kind of make up other words. She'd be in the other room like "WHAT? I can't hear through the walls" and I'd say something like "What gooma oktooah seewalli IS IT?" But I'd say it real fast so she would think I was actually saying something. Than she'd catch on and laugh.

• @Carl....whatpoint on the spectrum? aspergers? . I know that someone with autism. each person has a different set of what one is sensitive to. be it light, sound, movement, touch, et........ . and some have it in just one. some in all the areas. but most it is at least three areas.

• some people just speak in a low voice or soft voice,my wife is Atistic and to be honest she speaks very low. there was no excuse for that employee doing that and she is lucky that was not me or my wife becouse I would have gutted her with my hunting knife.

Because these folks are HANDLING MY FOOD!!! So any idiot that thinks it funny or ok to piss off a food worker...go ahead. Just know you are probably guzzling spit or chomping on hair and guess what? They won't get caught. All I got to say is respect the people in the food industry. So, yeah, I believe this nut-job beat up that woman for no other reason than she felt disrespected by the customer for not speaking louder.

• WTF??? First of all, it's ok to have a 'uncommon' name. but let me tell you, it this was me....??? Me and Wendy's would become VERY good friends over the course of a month or so. And my lawyer would be friends as well. I have worked fast food places before. I have also worked inside sit downs as well. Those speakers are terrible. most are broken somehow. But to threaten someone and then actually attack that person? Wow. We can see that 'Rictoria' wont work fast food or restaurants ever again.

• I'm a server at a seafood chain beloved by black people. Upon employment I quickly noticed a puzzling phenomena I still don't understand 5 years later. On a regular basis I come across black women who talk very softly while turning their heads away from me or putting a menu in front of their mouths. They only respond to me quietly, they speak normally to their table-mates. When you cannot hear them they act angry. Girls as young as 9 or 10 will sometimes do it and young women too but mostly 30's and up. Every once in a while a young black guy will go all quiet on you. I don't pretend to understand it. This Wendy's employee knows of the phenomena too (probably on both sides) and decided to trump passive-aggression with straight-up aggression.

• Sarah - I'm guessing she was charged with burglary because Florida might be one of those states where, in law, a car is like a home, and the act of reaching into Ms. Glover's car and pulling out hair extensions is akin to going into someone's home and stealing hair extensions. Ergo: burglary. Of course, if Ms. Glover had a gun and shot the miscreant Bethea as she reached through the car window and battered Ms. Glover then her defense is she was defending herself against a home invasion.
