hate to say this. but when Pres. Bush ended up dodging that shoe..in a way, that particular Muslim basically was telling the whole world that the inhabitants of America were beneath him. .including those Muslims who have been here many generations up to the more recent ones prior to his shoe throwing.
if I am correct about this guy's culture. being hit with a shoe is a very bad insult. especially to the head. .it is that in Muslim, if I remember in India and Thailand as well..since it is on the lowest part of the body. .so by him having the kid hit himself with the shoe. the kid was forced to say that he was the lowest of the low.

yep, therapy is right. I wonder where Mom is, because if Dad goes to jail, I hope this poor kid doesnt become a product of the system. I only hope there is some relative out there that has a more lax view of discipline that can take care of him. you know what tho-this kid might have done this enough that it sticks with him. Not unlike the Catholic self flagellating for thinking sexual thoughts or something, I hope this kid doesn't punish himself for perceived wrongs he's done. SMH too, this one is fucked all around...
