Edgar Algarin Beats 3-Year-Old Girl to Death for Not Eating Her Dinner

Algarin had apparently never encountered this widespread phenomenon that's been going on since, say, the beginning of time. So he thought assault would be the best way to jumpstart an interest in healthy nutrition.
He punched Enidaliz in the back. Very hard. When she began crying, he sent her to bed.
The girl was in pain for the next four days, but Algarin refused to take her to the hospital, fearing he'd get pinched.
Then, on Saturday, he was playing video games in the wee hours of the morning when he heard her screaming, crying and wheezing. He claims he blacked out. When he woke, the girl was lifeless in his arms.
She would die at the hospital.
An autopsy revealed she was suffering from massive injuries, including a ruptured intestine and pancreas, torn bowel, broken rib and internal bleeding, which leads us to believe he brutalized her a lot more than he's letting on.
He's been charged with both murder and manslaughter.

These stories always make me so sick...I have a sense of disconnect many times when reading stuff like this..but to know children suffer at the hands of so called adults so often is just alot to intake....a blow to the soul...
What a bastard! Wasn't there a family member that could've watched the girl? Why do women leave their kids with someone who has a temper like that? There had to have been signs of a temper before this.
Mothers, don't leave your child with a boyfriend. You should know a man a least a year before he even meets your child.
same goes for the fathers of kids..do not leave them with a girlfriend..unfortunately biology plays into this at times. the one who is not the parent of the child will not welcome the evidence of their partner having been intimate with someone else aka offspring. no matter what is done..in some cases, the step parent manages to convince the bio parent to have the kid moved to somewhere else. like one case in my neighborhood. dude convinced the mom to put her boy into a group home. then he tried to force her to let him move HIS daughter into the home..one has to wonder how many children have died at the hands of their parent's new mate? be the mate is male or female..still remembering unsolved cases. where they found out a few of them were commited by the non-bio parent of the minor. one case it was a teen who was killed by her mom's current partner of the murder. can not remember if he was just a bf or husband to the mom at the time..only clue they had to the ID of the teen. was when they did a reconstruct of the face. the nose was longer than norm for a girl.
I can't begin to imagine the pain this child was in from these massive internal injuries. Let the childs family shoot this asshat in the head with a nail gun a few hundred times. That should clear his head from any more child beating episodes......
This is the same way america fights. Pick a small country that does not have the technology to defend themselves and murder them by remote control. What a proud country of baby killers.

This is why I don't date. With all the baby beatings and pedos who are "such nice guys", I am terrified. I am planning to wait til my sweeties are at least 17. That is a long time away but seriously, these headline scare the crap out of me.

thing is, you might find someone like a uncle of mine. .he was willing to adopt his wife's first kid by another man. .kid was a toddler at the time. now proudly bears his adoptive dad's name 35 years since then..my uncle has been and is a honourable man. .but then you might run into a parasite like my ex..dating no matter what stage of life is a risky business. same goes for marriage. you might find someone who seems to be too good to be true. .to only to find out that the surface is good. but the core is rotten after marriage
My sister has 2 daughters. One is 16, the other is 25. She has a friend, but she never brings him to the house. She goes to see him. I don't think it's a lack of trust, I don't really know. She was kidnapped at age 7, she is very cautious and will put a bullet in a man's ass if he were to ever think about it.
unlike the jerkola that the thread is about..there are good men out there. yes, I know that there are bad ones. my ex being one of them. but one can not just assume that all males are bad. .just like not all women are bad. there are good and bad women out there. .I should know, I have one of the good ones as mine. and as I mentioned, my uncle who was willing to be a dad to a boy that isn't his by blood. but is by spirit is also a good one.

one of the things single moms have to fight is the single mom stigma..women who are single moms are in most cases as seen as welfare moms. and or that she was supposedly a slut who got pregnant..when it could have been the father either died or walked off on her.or even the possiblity of her been raped. .thus she has full responsibility of the kids..we are told that we are nothing unless we have a man. even if it is not the dad of the child to help us raise the kids..many of these women are looking for the type of man one of my uncles is. a man who is willing to help take care of the kids. one she can trust to do the right and honourable by her and the offspring.
OK! I have found Fiola shady statistics. I will post links to where you can analyze this information yourself and links to pictures of the graphs if you'd like to just see what the heck he's talking about. First, this needs to be stated, this is a report from child welfare services. These stats are ONLY covering child abuse and neglect cases. They do NOT cover all murders of children. They're not even calling them murders, they're calling them fatalities. These facts mean two things, 1. not all child murders fall under child abuse or neglect (which focuses on the people that should be caregivers of the child) and 2. not all fatalities are murder. They can fall under different legal categories, everyone that reads this crime blog has seen this.

Even if the numbers aren't exact what Fiola thinks they are, they are still very disturbing. Mothers are causing more deaths by child abuse and neglect than fathers are.
probably because mothers are still taking care of and raising more children then men on top of working a full time job.
The girlfrend thinks this a$$hole is fit to take care of a child??? I would hope there would be a way to prosecute her some how for puting the child in jeopardy..
