Heather Sims Mistakenly Attacks Good Samaritan With Her Stiletto Heel

• I don't believe her version; those were not the actions of someone trying to drive-off an attacker. It's more likely She knew the original attacker and was retaliating against Miliner for running him off. Have authorities bothered to hunt this guy down and see what their connexion might be?

I am NOT a slut. I have NEVER EVER been one. . I havent worn shoes like this since a piece of metal fell on my toes of my right foot. so I havent been able to wear the 3 inch stilletos I had for church anymore. . I'm stuck wearing flats. as well as ankle braces. thanks to chemo. for what it did to my ankles . Court shoes for women are usually heeled. Shape as dictated by the fashion show of the time. In the UK, in 2007 a closed toe and wide (non-stiletto) heel were worn by the very fashion-conscious, but most still wore stilettos of mainly 'kitten' height to medium height. meaning about 3 inches tall for the heel.

• gee, ever thought she might have been coming home from work in the office? . and decided to get a meal to go. . some places still require a stilleto heel to work. they can be either 3 or 4 inches high. . However, the slender stiletto heel staged a major comeback after 2000, when young women adopted the style for dressing up office wear or adding a feminine touch to casual wear, like jeans. . I still remember when my mom's work required her to wear them to work. and she was office at the time. accounts payable was the section she worked in.

• Watch the video, these women were not defending anyone.  After verbal attack, the man was sitting in his car, the women, clearly with bullying and controlling personalities, offensively attacked him after the incident was over and he was sitting. "A Woman's Stiletto Shoe Leaves A Man Blind At McDonald's!" - on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVKrzUtjmG4 She permanently damaged his eye, that's not a result of fending off someone, it's from an outright offensive violent attack.  Three of them spit on and pummeled him, after he was in his car sitting down, that's not people defending someone, it's a malicious attack.  She then dodged the law, kept evading and avoiding, she knew she was guilty of offensive unprovoked violence. He should have put his chivalry aside and knocked the women out.  He'd still have a good eye if he would have defended himself.   He's a good man, first trying to help the original woman who was attacked. And I suppose it was his chivalrous tendency that stopped him from hitting the women, and if so that's fine, he's still a good man. Personally if three women attack me the way this video shows, and with weapons to my eye, I would have have knocked them all out then ordered a cheeseburger while I waited for the police.

• I don't know how sorry I can feel for her when she caused this guy to lose an eye and then intentionally dodged being arrested...instead of owning up to it and saying from the get go that it was a mistake and she was sorry...it makes it seem like an empty apology to say it now after doing fuck knows what these last months since it happened and like maybe she was hoping an apology would get her a lighter sentence...I really feel for the guy though, it's got to be horrible to lose an eye...

• She was not stopping anything he had already headed back to his car. So there was no need for her to beat on him.

• Eh, you could really attach that picture to almost any violent crime story IMO. You wouldn't even have to write anything and it would be suitable warning all by itself.

• Yeah, there is one thing to be a good Samaritan, but needlessly beating someone up, even if they were the aggressor, makes you no different from them.   

• Instead of capturing it on his cellphone, why didn't the employee call the police and it probably would have been taken care of.  I do feel a bit sorry for her, though. She thought she was doing right. But, then she could have taken his license plate number, discription and told the police also.

• this is unfortunate. She thought she was attacking a guy who attacked some woman. The worst part of this story is that his eye is permanently damaged because of her mistake.

• She went a bit overboard, but i kinda feel sorry for her. She thought she was being a good samaritan in stopping who she believed to be an attacker. ETA: not as sorry as i feel for the original good samaritan though. And, she should have gone to the police a whole lot sooner to be able to lay claim to the 'sorry, my mistake, please forgive me' defense.
