Bedtime reading from the Village Voice Empire: A young woman caused a stir when she was strolling the streets of New York City without a shirt on. The NYPD stopped her, and we can only imagine how hard it must have been for them to avert their eyes. Village Voice has the story.

It's legal in NY to walk around topless, however I think certain people should go topless (I.e. the better looking ones) :P
I'd like to see a guy walking around without his pants on, with a nice ass and a decent sized schlong. lol
As nice as this sounds, it can also be a curse...some people should never EVER walk around without a shirt on.

Jgirl, you are right, this was a huge paper selling story about 6 years ago, and the city has to drop any charged against the lady. Famous? maybe for like a week or two. But it was a big issue because of the Mermaid Parade in Coney Island as well....So we can only wait and see, I will try to find some links to the last chick who did this. I know that there are stipulation and shit to the law, like it must be a certain temp out and it cannot be for sheer jollys etc.
Oh yeah, not REAL famous. She'll get her 15 minutes & go on the local news stations, be a big hit for a while like the Bronx Zoo cobra, and then everyone will go back to their lives. :)

Woo Hoo Ladies! Let's all take a trip to NYC...also i believe in Colorado there is no law against being topless for the ladies....lmao !
People started to notice she wasn't wearing shirt, when she ordered a pizza with no toppings...causing many employees and customers to look up and discover that along with her pizza, she too was topless
