I don't know why, maybe it's the insane one-ball stare, but he looks to me like he was going for the Adolf Hitler look and his fake mustache slid down onto his chin.

I think that was his misguided attempt at an American cop mustache, Sam. American cops have a long, glorious history of upholding the fashion of the mustache, though they rarely rock the Hitler version.
this happened to me once at a clothing store, long since closed down...this creep was taping me with a camera in the dressing room. He put it on the floor and I looked down and saw it. I nearly caught him in the act but he took off...when I told the guys who worked there (it was a unisex type store) they reacted really weird. Obviously they were in on it. I never reported it though, I should have but I was so freaked out I just wanted to forget it ever happened.
tell us that you took the camera to the police on it..on how they reacted. they found that in some places like gas stations and repair places. some of them had holes for those on duty could peek at the woman using the restroom at the place and never be the wiser. and some of the places all of the employees were in on it..till one customer realized that how deep it went and she saw a bit of light coming from the hole..after that, she started to plug any holes she found from her side before using the toilets..as we have seen here. it can be in any public restroom that is for usage. .one place, the guy was putting his cell phone on a ceiling tile before the victims used the room then would retrieve it after they were done.
