But it seems Johnson's son got the worst of the fight. So afterward, Johnson and the 16-year-old did a little jawing.
It was a duel between competing morons. Johnson, a emergency room technician, stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 220 pounds. But the much smaller kid, apparently feeling tough by his victory over Johnson's son, goes chest to chest with the larger man as they yap away.
Finally Johnson asks, "You want to get knocked the (expletive) out by me boy?"
The kid answers "Yeah."
So Johnson belts him, knocking him to the ground. In the video, he can be seen punching the kid multiple times in the head as a woman in the background screams for him to stop. Even though Johnson punches like a girl, the kid is clearly beaten.
Johnson finally gets off the boy, but as the kid gets up, Johnson kicks him in the face.
When the teen finally makes it to his feet, Johnson knocks him to the ground yet again.
After the fight, he extends a hand for the kid to shake. But witnesses weren't about to let it go. They called the cops.
At first, Johnson told the cops he never hit the kid once the boy fell to the ground. What he didn't know is that one of the witnesses had recorded the fight (you can see portions of it here). When confronted with this info, he changed his mind to say it was self-defense.
But the video clearly shows otherwise. Johnson is now charged with aggravated battery, child abuse and lying to police. The 16-year-old has been charged with harboring the felonious impression that he's actually a tough guy.
