• Hello hello! I regularly read the Costa Rican news & surprise, surprise, I stumbled across this great expose on this guy & his actions in Costa Rica. • Ugh... why...just...why.... They need to overhaul that law, NOW.

• Hahahaha I had to laugh. The guy dodges a charge for sexual abuse, and then in an "in your face" classic, he opens a medical clinic for kids. That's some balls.

• You know that the country in one form or another, must get some US aid.  Until a treaty is signed, if they do, they shouldn't get a nickle. It's not blackmail.  It's simply is, why give money to a country that will harbor fugitives from your own?

• Well, he got away with it here. He paid his bail(same judge that wished Andrea Yates good luck) - and he went and did it again and again. Why is it that us laymen know that sexual deviance is not treatable - and that child molesters only get worse each time until the ultimate horror happens - and yet lady justice can't quite grasp the concept. I do like the idea of flyers around his business and home(but if we did that here we'd be ARRESTED!!!) 

• You know, people bitch about countries not having extradition treaties with the US and Canada, but what they fail to realize is these are countries where police officers use live prisoners to train police dogs and practice their baton and hand-to-hand (read: hardcore ass-whooping) skills.   Send them back to America, they get a bed, clothes, and food for 25 years courtesy of you and me...Let them stay wherever they are, they'll get mercilessly beaten and raped by the police officers and their fellow "inmates"

• Well, that's just great...can't bring him back and can't stop him from operating his "clinic".  Fine, is it too much to hope then that this piece of shit gets repeatedly bitten by one of the 18 kinds of poisonous snakes that Costa Roca has?  Don't send a government to do a snakes job.

• Yeah only a matter of time before it happens again. Also, I didn't know there was no extradition from Costa Rica. That's awesome. It's such a beautiful country.
