Jared Cano, Tampa High School Bomb Plot Suspect: I Just "Did the Dumbest Thing Ever"

I actually know ms.cano bc she was my teacher last year. She is a hard working single mom trying to raise two kids on her own. Its unfortunate that her son isnt the brightest bulb but hes at the age where he knows right from wrong. She shouldnt be blamed for her sons decisions. She commutes from tampa to riverview everyday for work. So duh of course the kid is going to have time to do stupid things when his mom isnt around-he just took it to a different level. Shes a MATH teacher. Shes grading papers creating schedules for her students doing morning tutoring afterschool tutoring. Im sure she doesnt have time to wipe her bum if u know what i mean. She loves her kids dearly but theyre at the age where she should be able to give them responsibility and trust while shes working hard to provide a roof over their heads. She works with kids all day and will bend over backwards to see u succeed. Its not easy. So give the woman a break. Im sure the boy knew how to hide everything quite well he knew his moms vigorous schedule. For him im sure it was just hours of operation.

Personally, talking badly about the kid wont make it any worse or any better.  Theres many people in this world that are messed up and have problems. This kid is sick and not thinking clearly.  I'm not saying it's okay to do that kind of stuff because it's deffinately not. But think about it. Calling him a "ittle fucker"and saying it "scares you for the future" ? not okay, I'm sorry; but no. The future will have the same amount of crazy people as it did 50 years ago. Doesnt matter what generation it is, every generation will have wrongs and rights, dont judge the future by one persons mistakes. You wonder why people do this stuff, harsh words/phrases like "the dumbest thing hes done was being born?" it wasnt the kids fault he was born and it's not his parents fault for wanting a kid.  Why talk badly about him when you can pray for him? I know he's in my prayers. Ya'll can think I'm nuts and insult me too, but hey, what difference does it make? I'll never meet you people and if you want to talk crap to a 16 year old girl, knock your socks off.  Watch what you say,people, because what you say doesnt just effect a person, it effects the future.

All I see is a normal pot-smoking 17 year old kid. Oh my god his favorite movie has explosions in it. Millions of movies have explosions in it. maybe people will  open their eye's to the trouble of the so called kool kids? what about the things people have done to this kid to bring him to the point of JUST PLANING this act! we never look at this do we?  we lock them up,not seeing the hurt that may have been done to them. being a gay kid in high school, the names and things said would have made me go nuts also. if not for great friends. but not everyone gets that chance to have foundation in friends. see where it came from and help make things right! locking them up is not the key here. good luck jared glad no one got hurt,but you. and thats sad.

The problem is that kids like this Jared believe what they say to each other, it's not just the normal BS talk that most normal kids engage in.  He believes himself and it's made worse by the famous "it won't happen to me" attitude.  Our society is resting on a slippery slope and at the ratewe're going kids like Jared are becoming the norm......we are gonna slide right off the edge.  Scary as hell.

This kid is a shit-wit, want to be tough guy that is probably crying like a bitch right now.  Make the little bastard pull some time and a shload of community service.  Then put him on supervised probation with random drug testing.

The police should look at his parents for allowing this behavior.

I think most guys like to try and figure out how to blow stuff up. I know I did, and my friends and I were pretty good at it. But we didn't try to hurt anybody and we kept it quiet. 

It did come full circle on me when my son got caught setting off devices he and his friends made by stuffing soda cans full of black cats. (I had bought him the blackcats for 4th of July)  

This little fucker here makes me worried and I hope he never procreates. Maybe I am being too harsh? Idk but I am way scared for the future if little shits like this are gonna be hanging around!
