Cig break reading from the Village Voice Empire. Prater was loaded when he hit a car at a Hyatt, then dumped a strip-club employee in the lobby before fleeing to another hotel. But he left his rental car, which had a parking sticker with his name and a bag of footballs in back. Westword has the story.
