Gaskin was arrested for the degenerate he is. But while he was in jail, another father and former roommate of his came forward, saying the creepy bastard had also gone perv on his 5-year-old daughter.
While the dad was at work, Gaskin and his girlfriend, 22-year-old Desiree Chapman, would babysit the little girl. The girl told police that Gaskin had molested her while Chapman apparently watched.
From the sounds of it, they also either filmed or took pictures of the assaults. When police raided their home, they found further evidence that the girl was abused, though they're not saying what that evidence is.
Gaskin and Chapman are now both charged with rape, sodomy, unlawful sexual penetration and using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct.
Police fear that there may be other victims, and that Chapman may have solicited babysitting work so her douchebag boyfriend would have access to more kids.

Hi I would like to set the record straight on this story, because what they have right now is nothing. I am working on a law degree and have personally seen all the papers for the cases and am the very good friend of Desiree Chapman. First of all the father in this case is a man his daughter. He would have his girlfriend over and have her spend the night in his bed with his daughter and because his daughter slept so soundly they would fornicate with her next to them in the bed. Desiree said that they had an extra room so that the little girl could go there while the two were together but he said no. I was there for that conversation last year. She was very upset about what he was doing and when I heard about it I refused to come back until he moved out because I was not going to be able to keep my mouth shut about that to him and he was a very unbalanced man. As far as the evidence they say they have against the two all they have is the fact that the little girl is very precocious and she would peek into the twos room in the middle of the night or go in there when noone was there. On one occasion she found one of Desirees toy's and after that they put a lock on the door that would need a key to get into from the outside and locked from the inside as well so that she wouldn't continue to get in there. The evidence they took from the house was evidence of the toy that they found that the girl would have been able to describe.
As far as the other case he was blowing a raspberry on the little girls tummy like EVERYONE does to make kids laugh and the guy who came in had been a former abused victim himself and THOUGHT he saw something but was never able to actually describe it. Also will was changing the little girls diaper.
As far as your witness you interviewed she was kicked out of their apartment not moved out because she wanted to bring her druggie boyfriend in there and never took care of her son, she would just leave him in his playpen all day. Once again I was there for all that. Try digging a little and getting some more information on that. Desiree and WIll landlord can verify that story of them kicking her out.
In my opinion all this is, is a case of people making mountain out of mole hills. Then from there the county wants to make money and plans on making this into some gigantic child sex scandal ring. Well you know what they aren't going to win and they are going to have to pay incredible amounts of compensation when they get out good luck on that.

Where the "roommate" of the 3 year old girls parents gives three different accounts of what happened. I have seen phone records and lists of evidence that they think they have. Not a single piece of evidence is a photo or a film.

First, I second NY_mommy. Your writing's atrocious for someone going to law school and I know this because one of my close friends is a first year at Northeastern law. I'm also willing to bet that the law courses I've taken outmatch your knowledge of the law.
Second, the excuses you're currently giving for the two do not match up to the actual crime itself. If your friend, the aforementioned 22 year old, ( really giving all the 22 year olds out there a bad name btw) felt wrong about having sex next to the man's daughter, why did she continue? And also, your friend's already been indicted by a jury. If you want to appeal, you can request an appeal but don't bother to come in here with your haphazard writing and try to explain away all the charges.
On a final note, you didn't attempt to explain away the "two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration of a child" which to me is the most grevious offense.
