Lunchtime reading from the Village Voice Empire: Dr. Michael Brown was a famous hand surgeon who also had a taste for cocaine and guns. During two trials where he was accused of abusing two different wives, the doctor's creepy letters to his daughters were made public. Houston Press has the story.

I showed this article to my son last night, and if you could have seen the expression on his face change, while reading the excerpts of the letter(s), it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen! What a freak, and I'd just like to point out that, just seeing how badly written the letter was, not to mention the content, I am glad this guy never performed any surgery on my hands. Lun-a-tic!
