Jesus Canul Charged With Murder For Shooting Mugger David Abbot in the Back

Many times people have came and defended their guilty loved ones on this site..everytime they are proved wrong and are never heard from again, so dont take offense if I dont believe a word of what you say..or even care! If he was nearly beaten to death by this guy why wouldnt he have reported it to the police? oh yeh because every single cop in your area is corrupt and cannot be trusted because they are in Canuls pocket..i forgot about that. lol of course they are..

thank you, but he had no scissors those were what the lady in the hair cutting store used to cut his shirt off while trying to save his life. and as for him being a dumb ass, he was loyal to a fault and was a dumb ass for getting involved in something that was set in motion by other people. and Loving Joyce. ask the dumb ass bitch who left him there to die and called for another ride home while he laid there bleeding to death choking on his own blood after he took her to walmart as a favor because her druggy ass didn't have a car of her own. who does that who gets a ride to the store from someone then just leaves before the police can identify her and ask what happened? I'll tell you someone who put him in that situation then got the hell outta dodge before she could get into trouble. you hearless bitch you will have his blood on your hands too. she knew Jesse they all three were observed on servailance cameras prior to this arguing about something. hmm I bet it was about some money Jesse owed someone and he didn't want to pay up. so what does dumb ass David do? try to do what he thought was the right thing and not let him get away with that. oh and did I mention Jesse almost killed david on the previous Friday with three other people who bumbrushed him in the middle of the night and beat him within an inch of his life he should have died that night from the blood loss then jesse would have no way out of  murder conviction. these people tormented and abused David because of his girlfriend Joyce and none of you know all the facts so shut the hell up. you stupid idiotic hate mongers. not you Rachelannprince all the other sheep moutpieces.

Wow you were there with David when he woke up that morning? I thought he was with his mother who was trying to nurse him back to health after Jesse had beaten him on friday almost to death with three other assailants leaving him with 15 staples in his head and raw bloody feet from running away in the middle of the night and almost losing his life that night from the blood loss, if he had died that night it would have definately been premeditated murder for jesse and the other three so when I got up off his bed to do a favor by taking some woman to walmart, he paid for that favor with his life at the hands of the same person that had tried to take it the previous friday. I really hate people who say things with absolutely no idea what they are talking about. The robbery explainable, the weapon a set of car keys, The argument in the parking lot between Jesse David and the unknown woman he took to the store as a favor, unrevealed information, the friend who took Jesse to the store a neighborhood pill perscription seller. hmm coincidence that's his name Seller. cops in that town friends with Jesse big surprise. the DA stuck in a town with a bunch of idiots trying to figure out how to keep his job and do the right thing all at the same time. if you want blood don't blame the DA, blame the woman who started all this in motion she is the pig crackhead who probably ruins every life she touches that David Loved and who sent him to walmart in the first place. her name is Joyce. 

And you know all this because you were there and know what really happened? I say give all of you medals that say please don't ever let us anywhere near important matters to society because we will only be ignorant mouthpieces that blurt out what ever hate we can to satisfy some uneducated belief that the world cares what we think. Oh and don't let us hold any position in this life time that may allow us to make decisions about ones character and any given situation, because we will only go on the farce information that we have be fed like pigs in a trough to base our opinion. We don't have time to look at any situation from any point of view besides out of our rectum. but so far our diarhea of the mouth has pretty much made that very clear. 

as for the cops, in that area they are not to be trusted and know and like Jesse so they will never treat this case fairly and for Mr. Sells who took him to walmart he's part of  a pill selling scheme for pain pills to everyone so he can't be trusted all you people are huddled around "your people" but I pray every one of you is not allowed to prosper one more day in your attempts to help Jesse, you are all corrupt and liers,

A little over one year ago my brother laid on the floor in Walmart in Logan WV and died as a result of a premeditated desire by Jesus Canul to shoot and kill him in the midst of shoppers passing by with no regard to the safety of all the innocent people he may have killed. He was helped by a few angles in the store before succumbing to his injury and choking on his own blood thus dying leaving his family who loved him to mourn an avoidable situation. He was there doing someone a favor and that person just left him to die alone and just called for a ride home and didn't even stick around to tell police what she was there with him to do. Many people have more to do with this than just David and Jesus and they know who they are and I have been seeing that God has been taking his vengance out on some of these people already, I don't seek vengance, I seek truth and peace for my brother. Jesse you may think every day you walk free and are harolded a hero that you are in the twilight zone and how in the heck did I get outta this. but you didn't and you haven't you will have to answer for this hopefully in this life time by having your freedom taken away from you for the rest of your life, but if not now. I know when you review your life in the afterlife, this one will be answered for then so All things will be brought into perspective and God will get the glory. I just want people to know that David tho not perfect, would have given anyone of you evil naysayers the shirt off his back without even knowing you. and He was a great uncle and brother and son and Husband. heck even Exhusband. anyone who knew David exbosses and friends would say to you they never met someone more dedicated to doing a good job and helping others. he would go with out for everyone he loved unfortunately the last person he loved got him killed. She is not worth the free air she breathes and poisons everyone she is in contact with. David's blood is on your hand too girl don't think you escaped anything, the universe knows all secrets. Jesse I'll see you in court real soon. I want to look into the eyes of the man who took Davids life so I can see if your soul is ready to tell the truth.

There were never any scissors involved, You have no idea what you're talking about and who Jesse Canul really is. And you don't know why David was doing what he was doing to Jesse. that part never gets printed because noone cares about the truth, they just want to be a bunch of sheep baaah baaaah led by what your told or in this case what is told inaccurately and you believe it. Why? because you read it. I am ashamed at the level of IQ status shown through all of you. and guess what nobody cares what you think. David sure doesn't because he died trying to do the right thing at the hand of someone who didn't do the right thing so Jesse will have to pay in this life and the one to come for more than David will in this cituation.

You didn't even spell David Abbott's name correctly, Jesse has some secrets you people don't know about. He's not innocent or a hero.

Well if someone tries to slice your neck jesus should be allowed to shoot abbot.there even now to me being threatened with scissors would be scary but I think Jesus did the right thing if a cop was threatened they would probably shoot the robber it's just not fair that abbot threatened Jesus and he shot him in the back abbot almost killed Jesus and Jesus went to jail when he was Thretened abbot deserved that shot in the back

Not mentioned here in the story is the fact that one couple put up their home, and a store owner put up cash sufficient to get Jesus Canul out on bond.   What's more, local citizens by the dozens have held rallies in his support.  The community supports him and trusts him and does NOT regard him as a murderer.  Let's hope that the grand jury dismisses this one.   He should have  a medal pinned on his chest instead of murder charges. 

I say, give him probation and send him home.

What is the problem here is that a new "Castle Doctrine" law in West Virginia (which is only a few years old) states that a person has a right to use any force they deem necessary, in any place they have a lawful right to be, to protect themselves and others, as long as they feel that the use of deadly force is needed to prevent imminent death or bodily harm to them or others. It does not specify how the deadly force is used, and in this case it happen so quickly that it is being argued that Mr. Canul was still in a state of fear for his life when he fired the fatal shot. Mr. Abbott was only a few feet away and only turned to run when he saw the weapon. It wasn't like Mr. Canul waited until Mr. Abbott was halfway across the parking lot like the mainstream media is trying to say, or that he set there and though about it for a few minutes and then decided to kill Mr. Abbott. What many may not realize that the fact that the Judge even allowed a bond, and at only $40,000 property or 10% cash, for a crime that carries a life sentence means that the Judge feels that the accused stands a good chance of beating the charges according to the rules of bonds under the WV state code. 

I've never really understood why you can use a gun to protect your property BEFORE they steal it but never right after.  Seems to me that before, even if it's right before, you have zero proof that someone is going to steal anything.  You only have the feeling that they are going to.  Right after, however, you have all the proof in the world.  Of course, I have no idea what the particular laws are in this state regarding concealed weapons and self-defense, but in my opinion you should be able to shoot someone over property and personal safety either before or right after.  I don't care if the guy got shot in the back, front, balls or pinky toe.  Don't rob people and you won't get shot by someone terrified and trying to defend themselves and save their property. 

That being said, if he was packing illegally then charge him with that but ONLY that.  Someone defending themselves should never, ever have the book thrown at them.

I remember a story on here about a girl that emptied her pink gun into a robber and continued to do so as he ran away. Hitting him in the back if I remember. I mentioned she could be charged with murder for that and everyone jumped down my throat. Everyone said I was just trolling, but....what now?

He deserved it.  If you take the chance to rob someone you better expect that this could happen.  This goes into the pussification of America lately.  Why are they sticking up for a criminal in the commision of a felony. 

This man was prtecting not only himself, but what way rightfully his.  Some degenerate ahole stole his money and he stood up for himself.

It really depends on the State.  In MN, you will be convicted for certain.  In Texas, you probably wouldn't even be arrested.

Is it right?  I don't know... I don't think I'd take human life to get my wallet back.  Still coming at me with a knife?  Absolutely. 

That's why you have to make these decisions ahead of time when you carry a gun.  What are you willing to pull it out for?  Drill those conditions into your mind, because it's hard to make rational decisions in the heat of the moment.

I thoguth they had some sense in WV. You'd get prison for shooting a scumbag in Maryland, but come on WV, that mugger deserved what he got.

The dude is screwed I mean mainly becoz his life wasnt in danger it was his friend. Had he shot the guy while he was rifling thru his friends pockets then it would be completely justified. Unfortunately he shot him as he was fleeing and no longer posing a threat.Granted you should never EVER rob someone w/ a pair of fucking scissors you cant shoot the dumb ass in the back as he's fleeing.
