Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: Three Houston cops busted a drug dealer relaxing at home with some friends and a large amount of ganja. The cops also partook of a large pan of pot brownies sitting in the kitchen, later bragging about their "buzz" on police radios.Houston Press has the story.

I find this hard to believe. Cops are pretty paranoid about eating anything from a citizen, unless they are a family member of a cop. When people drop goodies off at the office, they go right in the trash. Who knows, those cops may be that dump. The drug test will tell.
I learned my lesson on that. I once ate four pot brownies and then tried to post on TCR. Every single one of my posts username's were changed to someone named Carl.
Friend gave me two oatmeal cookies with weed long time ago, ate them both with milk. Didn't do anything to me....until 2 hours later, suddenly got really, really, really, really, really stoned.Last time I ever ate anything with pot in it. And first time I learned it's possible to sit without moving a muscle for 12 hours straight.
I LIKE MAGIC BROWNIES!!! BTW Cheech and Chong have a new commercial for Fiber One Brownies...it won't show on tv though it is an internet ad. But it is funny as hell...:D
It says something Sen like a voice over their heads saying "Now that you are older you need more fiber in your diet.......and a NEW kind of Magic Brownie..." LOL! BUt it's funny. And BTW the brownies are good. The Fiber One kind :) and the other.

Don't engage in the same behavior that you just busted someone else for.....no one likes a hypocrite and a hypocrite with a badge even less.

Why dont police ever go out of their way to bust someone selling drugs that are actually dangerous? Where I am all we hear about is large shipment of weed seized etc. Why dont they stop the chemical man made drugs that are actually causing damage to the community rather than the stuff that is keeping us all relaxed and happy?
Are you anywhere in or near the Midwest where you can't spit without hitting a cornstalk or soybean plant and anhydrous tanks are as plentiful as leaves in the spring? At least around my home area, meth lab busts outnumber weed busts. The weed busts seem to be mostly found when the couriers (making the trip back and forth from Chicago) are pulled over for speeding or other traffic violations. The meth labs, on the other hand, seem to be everywhere - not just hidden in some goober's barn in the middle of the woods.
I have actually managed to find a happy medium with it. I only do it once everything else i have to do that day is finished. I like to think of myself as a happily motivated smoker lol.
Still i think its a fair point, they go after weed supplies because its easier to find and makes them look like they are winning the "war on drugs" when realistically for every weed shipment seized there is probably 10 shipments of man made drugs getting through. The "war" was lost long ago, just go with it I say.

I agree. I go on a cleaning frenzy because I am more in touch with what really needs done as I sit and look around. It's also really good for creating kick ass halloween costumes.
I just dont want it during the day, i would end up missing a day at the gym because i become lazy and that just wont do. I find it helpful to me to get the things done during the day a lot faster so i can then enjoy that relaxing smoke all the sooner.
In actuality, I am more productive and creative when I catch a buzz, smoke is my muse...lol I admit it, I'm a very high functioning smoker.
