Something new, why was this boy murdered by being beaten, burned & cut to death to death? Was this killing done by gangs? Unsure how common gang violence is on the reservations, but cops have to investigate the possibilities. Gangsters can be vicious & it's possible this boy was viciously killed by gangsters. Please educate on American Indian gangs if you have knowledge.

My2Cents, hope you're reading this because want to reclarify my view on Injuns. If an American Indian commits a crime or is accused of 1, then yes, I believe they must have (they already do) = right as you or I have to have a jury trial & the punishment must be same for crime they did if convicted as if it were done by non-Injuns. If an Injun is a crime victim as this boy was, then whoever did the crime must be justly punished whether his killer was Injun or non-Injun. I'm a bigot, but I am a nice bigot in that I am against discrimination based on ethnicity. If an Injun has the intelligence to become a lawyer, engineer or physicist, then they deserve = chance as non-Injuns do. I hope you understand My2Cents that I do believe in treating other fairly when it comes to crime, justice, employment & housing including Injuns, though I do say Injuns & Squaws. It's useless to complain about something when it's no longer a topic. What happened to the American Indians in 1800s right or wrong is history. But the truth is this-when American Indians, Native Americans, Injuns wanted land, they took it from another tribe by force. Apaches took land from other Injuns, Comanches took the land from Apaches & so on. The difference between the Whites (I'm not White) is that they just did a better job. When Native Americans or American Indians, Injuns won, they were proud winners but when they lost, they became sore losers & complained about how 'land was stolen.' There are nice things American Indians have done such as corn, cornbread & Kachinas. Aztecs built nice pyramids & my parents brought me the statue of an Aztec god, but other than that I'm not a fan of American Indians. If you think it's just non-Injuns who think this, there are people who are part American Indian who have told me that they don't think highly of their American Indian ancestry, they put higher value on let's say their German ancestry. The males were held and then sold as slaves to other tribes as well as the English and Sainiards to take them back to their country or to ship to America and sell. You might be one of the most under-educated, racist and ignorant person I have ever seen. I am an Indian, I do not smoke or do any other drugs, I don't even drink alcohol. I am not violent, I am a good mother and I am educated, with degrees, in sociology. For you to make comments such as this, I high recommend you do something to educate your tiny brain about how historical trauma works in a race such as this. Something that has been kept out of schools by the white race on purpose. Depending on University, sociologists often have leftist views including that on American Indians, for which alot of it is 1/2 truth or even wrong. Some pPeople who are American Indian mixed such as John T. Reed (part Cherokee) has said that American Indian groups have no right to complain about 'taking land' because again, the Whites did a better job. Mr. J.T. Reed on his site said that when American Indians wanted land, they took it from another tribe by wars-killing with tomahawks, etc. & were proud winners. When American Indians lost the wars, they became sore losers about 'stolen land'. The topic is more complicated. But again, what matters is how are American Indians treated today & American Indians have = chance to succeed, become lawyers, Drs., engineers, etc. if they have the intelligence. If an American Indian is accused of crime, they have the same right as I do to a jury trial & American Indians have the same right to vote and run for office. American Indians have the same right to live outside reservations. Whoever killed this 19 year old boy if caught will be punished if he or she is convicted. Not all Native Americans live on reservations. Many of them live in the various towns and cities. A lot of the lands that belong to the reservations have white people living on them. Reason they do not pay property taxes. It is since technically the reservation lands do not belong to the USA. as for health care. they have to pay for it. It is not free at all. Whites did not invent slavery. There has been slavery world wide since humans have existed. This includes in India. Blacks have enslaved blacks. People in India have enslaved their own as well. India also allows cannabis to be grown and sold as bhang. Which means those in India use it too. And since you claim to be from there. It is possible that even your great grandparents used the devil's weed. Since it is a native plant there as well. Meaning many people including Hindus use it. If cannabis is used. It is more of a sacred herb to be used in their ceremonies. They are more likely to either use peyote or go without a herbal item. Except tobacco. That is also to many a sacred herb. As for crimes, no group has a monopoly on it. As in who commits the most crimes against who ever.
