As for the other mugger in the article - Mr Ross, it is generally considered a good idea to rid yourself of the muggee before walking along a main road, as a screaming victim being dragged behind you clasping onto their purse usually lets other people know you are in fact a delinquent who deserves a punch to the face.
PSA: when looking for transplant hair to use as eyebrows, do NOT go with pubic hair.
