I have an aresenal of guns in my home (we live in wyoming and we hunt) but they are in a locked gun cabinet when not in use and they all have safety locks on them i think you should have to take and intelligence/common sense test to own a gun grrr this one really pushes my buttons! Did i read it correctly that an adult in the home was told by the kids they saw the gun and the adult said oh dont touch it??? are you fricken kidding me can you say Heres your sign maybe that might have been the time to put it away? The first time i read it i thought it was Laham's place they were all staying at and thought 'well, it's a damn shame, but if he's used to not having to think about leaving his gun out, it's an easy mistake to make'. But this was Javier's place! What kind of idiot goes to stay at somebody's house, somebody with small kids, and just leaves his gun lying about??? Next to an XBox too, on which these kids have undoubtedly either played shooting games themselves, or saw daddy play them?? SMDH AND multiple facepalms combined.
