A Houston soldier stationed in Fort Collins, Colorado was found dead in her barracks, nude and stabbed to death. Her sister had a visceral reaction on Facebook.Houston Press has the story.

This is why I believe the army is no place for women. It's not because I don't think they can do the job--hell, if they can be Corrections Officers in San Quentin, Kingston, wherever, they can sure as hell be soldiers...But the problem lies with the testosterone-overdosed, minimally-educated, backed-by-the-entire-world, heavily-armed fratboy, rapists-in-uniform.
Anything with a set of tits, they'll fuck it with or without consent. Here we are trying to defend the country, shouting slogans about how we should gut the "ragheads 'fore they deestroy our country hyuck!" Those Iraqi's and Afghanis and their IED's, RPGs, and AK-47's are nothing considering the fact female soldiers are getting raped and brutalized by their comrades before they even leave American soil!
I've got a close friend who is an MP, he's all the time telling me how many on-base rapes there are that get covered up and how the female soldiers are threatened to keep quiet.
Women can do anything men can...But in the interest of keeping them safe, I suggest keeping them out of the military or giving them seperate barracks way the fuck away from the aforementioned testosterone-overdosed rapists-in-uniform.

This news seems quite disrespectful.
Maybe I'm misreading it, but it seems to be more about making fun of the reaction of the sister rather than the tragedy that occurred.
Sounds like she refused to be a rape victim, so they made her a murder victim.
