Carl Mosher, Catholic School Creep, Gets 27 Years in Prison For Having Sex With 14-Year-Old Student

Carl Mosher, a former physical education teacher St. Gregory's Catholic school in Phoenix, was in Maricopa County Superior Court this morning where he was sentenced to 27 years in prison for having sex with a 14-year-old student...in his office...at the school. I don't like the idea that this society slut is only receiving the time he's getting but alas, the justice system has become what it is. Anymore too many of the criminals have too much protection. At least life on parole should somewhat make it work but I doubt it. He'll probably get another degree while in the joint, be considered rehabilitated and now, with his knowledge of what the laws do and what law looks for, will be able to maintain his abuse on children without a worry of being caught again. When will the legal system figure it out that this is the one disease that needs to be killed...PERIOD!!!

I know... it's ridiculous. Recently, a friend of my sister walked in, together with her brother, on her boyfriend doing highly inappropriate things with her year old daughter. The guy immediately took off. Two witnesses to the fact. They went to the cops, and the cops said they're likely not able to do much as she's too young to be reliable witness. The walking in upon being completely ignored. Personally, if this case was consensual (screw legally), then I think 27 years is too much. If he forced her into it in whatever way, then 27 years seems quite right. But what bothers me much more is indeed that so often much worse crimes get punished way less severely. Even more so here in The Netherlands... some of the sentences I see are just laughable. If you are likely to only get 2 years for doing your inner most desires, if caught, then that's not going to stop a lot of people.
Since a 14 yo cannot legally consent, he didn't have consensual sex with this girl - Legally speaking. I am shocked [and pleased] that he got this much time because they usually don't. Unless they have priors. I wish all judges would follow this path. Part of the problem with infants & toddlers is that they can't articulate the crimes against them so unless they have injuries than can be proven medically, prosecutors are SOL. Sad, but that is the reality of it.
Not touching upon whether or not his sentence is appropriate for his crime... I do find it ridiculous that having seeming consensual sex with a 14 year old gets one 27 years, while you regularly see toddler rapers get off with just a few years.
Me too, but I'm still surprised he didn't get less...just cuz that's how it usually goes for these pigs.
Wow, that kind of punishment makes sense. 27 years and lifetime on parole. Impressive.
28 years is righteous. Enjoy ever day there pervo, and just maybe.... there will be shank with your name on it.
