Of course, in this case, he seems like a pig that does deserve some jail time for forcing himself upon her. And the girl should be taught some self respect for allowing that to go on.

I thought the same thing about the rape but I suppose you have to consider her age and the fact that this scumbag is known to her. Its a different thing altogether to accuse a stranger of rape as opposed to someone that you know.
Taking accusing someone of rape aside, at the very least don't stay in a relationship of any kind with that person.
Agreed. If I was forced to have sex with someone, I would never put myself in a position for it to happen again with them. That is what I don't get about some women and what makes their accusations seem weak and likely false. The only way I can see a female rationalizing it is if she were use to being sexually abused. In that case she might not feel as threatened by the person. In this case I think its just a legal issue due to age. Otherwise I am not sure that the DA would have a strong case.
