Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: Ortiz was chatting with a friend outside a hair salon when Impellizine approached with his mind set on stealing a phone. But he subsequently opened fire on Ortiz, and plenty of other targets, too. Westword has the story.

Why are they even wasting money to keep him or his buddy in jail for life... he felt the need to just arbitrarily take anothers life... why shouldn't we do him the same way? At least they have finally given the family some justice though.
And to think, they rehashed it all over again on TCR. At least when they redid the story, we got the outcome. Now let's hope they don't live to a ripe ol age in there. No rehab with this lot, that's for sure.
