It's the ultimate showdown: Which state has the crazier criminals, Texas or Florida? Both claim to lead the nation in dumb/horrifying/hilarious perps, but only one can rule. So Houston Press and Miami New Times found 11 categories and picked best in each. Pete Kotz, former editor of True Crime Report, did the judging -- unfortunately, as it turns out. Miami New Times has the results!

They sure did. The child had been removed from the psycho and evidently even family members told the authorities not to reunite them. Know what really sucks? I'll bet the CPS workers suffer more severe punishment (losing their jobs) than the murderous bitch does.

This has nothing to do with this story, but have any of you guys/gals heard of the bitch from Colorado who murdered her little boy? They found his skeleton under her former home. It won't allow me to post a link, but her name is Juanita Kinzie, google her. So tragic, and so avoidable. I want to kill her myself. This is one of those things where Child Services really dropped the ball. uugh!
