Tyson Langley, 15-Year-Old Accused of Double-Murder, Held on $2 Million Bond

Tyson Langley, the 15-year-old accused of gunning down two people at a Peoria smoke shop last week, is being held on $2 million bond after he was arrested in Los Angeles over the weekend and extradited back to the Valley. The Phoenix New Times has the full story.

If found guilty, he should be driven out into the desert, made to dig his own grave, and one bullet be fired into the back of his skull.

That works in the People's Republic of China, but I don't see much else in that country's policies and philosophies that would fit well with our way of life.
Firstly, as I indicate, he's afforded a trial and IF found guilty, punishment is given. That alone is different from Communist China.
Secondly, our way of life for a long time, allowed for swift justice. The fact that simply because he's some magical age (under 18) now excludes even from being considered for the Death Penalty didn't exist in all states as it does now, due to the Supreme Court.
The facts that either the state will pay millions of dollars just to keep this murdering bit of filth alive for decades and or that he possibly would be parolled one day, is also not in keeping with our current way of life.
Thus, the fact that we now would not do so, doesn't make right, and does not at all instill virtue in that "restraint."
He killed 2 innocent people and tried to kill another. If found guilty of that in a fair trial, it would be Justice that his life be ended, quickly and without a lot of fanfare.
Sure we could all want that but our government tells us whats best for us. You have to think of all the lost votes from the people that would not be employed or contracted to provide services for this douchebag to sit in jail for life.
This crap pissed me off. We are gonna spend tons trying to rehabilitate this POS because he is a kid and he is only going to fail us again and again no matter how many chances at life he is given.

Figure 25-life for each murder, 10-20 for the one shot in the hip, another 5 for the California offense, served consecutively, that's 65+. Assuming he lives that long, he'll be at least 80 before he has even a chance of seeing a probationary hearing.
You know I can maybe understand how someones greed could lead them to kill if it is a lot of money (millions) but before a person robs a store they already know they are going to get pretty much damn all for their troubles so why this son of a bitch turned that store into a wild west shootout for $300 is beyond me. I hope he spends the rest of his natural life in a tiny cell and that the AB use him as a form of prison currency

Speaking of the U.S. military:
All these trained killers for the American empire, that in some cases have killed more people than your average serial killer, will be coming home, (unless they get killed over there). Many will suffer from PTSD, many will become angry once they realized the total con job they risked their lives for, many will not be able to find jobs. I imagine that over time for the reasons I stated many veterans will become very angry.
This is what is obviously happening to the both of you and your families, which is why you are so angry at everyone who challenges your belief systems.
So the streets and internets are full of a bunch of pissed off trained killers. I wonder if this was a consideration when our cowardly congress and president passed the NDAA's indefinite detention without trial provision. If it was, its pretty hypocritical that it is contained in a bill that was meant to fund these same troops.
