I thought the same thing, but by leaving them with his name, address, and driver's license number, he just made it too easy. They probably pulled him over for a ticket and then found about this because in a town the size of Lufkin / Diboll, he wouldn't have been able to roam around for three months if they were seriously looking for him.
small bag of coke? the guy is a dumbass no doubt about it but im surprised the police even bothered wasting their time following up on this..Dont tell me this guy could actually be prosecuted for what is clearly a personal use amount? I dont think the police here would have even bothered to track him down, probably just would have had a good laugh at his expense.
