Rock Star v. Playboy Model: Who Won?
James Kong: Cops Find Child Porn...And 50,000 Rounds Of Ammo
When police went to seize James Kong's computer after they found him exchanging child porn on the net, he came to the door armed. Which isn't all that surprising, since police found -- in addition to a child-porn-filled computer -- 65 weapons and 50,000 rounds of ammo in the suburban house.Houston Press has the story.

For cops and protect himself either. He cares about both of sides. Anyway, crappy sh*t man he is.
-
Looks like he was prepared for the cops.
-
I agree. He deserves to die sooner rather than later. I get sick at all the defense strategies. I wouldn't mind being a defense attorney if I could do it my way.

When this story was first reported you were still confining yourself to the Kelly Rothwell thread defending your brother.

sounds to me like the guy was ready to go out in a blaze of gun fire he should be locked up for life sick pervert
-
lol yeah we are pretty adamant about child molesters, the gun owning doesn't bother me, unless it was illegal, but child molesters get the 2x4 nail board in my book anytime.

Wow, I never read about that one. Holy shit. I'm sure they've got plenty against this guy to give him the death penalty. Problem with the death pen. is that it takes them so long get it done. In the meantime the taxpayers once again care for the idiot at more than standard cost of regular, in population, con's. Jeez, it just seems there is so many things wrong with the legal system. Bummer for the good people in the world. But hey, it's obvious that he needs to pay for those terrible crimes.
-
Boy oh boy My2 and Stan. I'm sure glad that ya'll like me enough to not hurt me. lololol. Maybe we need you two to team up and open a private prison so that a con can get treated real nice. I'll apply for a job with you guys.

Wrap a bit of barbed wire around that for good measure :)

There shouldn't be anything to keep this guy from the death penalty, but you know the lawyers will find something. Thanks for the update.

with a 2x4 with a nail in it...

A bit of an update on the douchebag that murdered a mother and left her like discarded trash on the side of the road in Arizona, then murdered her 12 year old daughter a month later and dumped her body like trash in Louisiana woods: An attorney for Thomas "Spider" Sanders on Thursday asked a federal judge to dismiss one of the indictments that charged the Mississippi man with the murder of a 12-year-old Nevada girl, whose body was found in October 2010 in the woods of Catahoula Parish.Ansel "Marty" Stroud III, one of Sanders' attorneys, told U.S. District Judge Dee Drell that the second, "superceding" indictment in early 2011 had the contents of the first one but squeezed two felony charges instead of the one in the original indictment, which a Shreveport grand jury issued in late 2010.Stroud said the second indictment amounts to double jeopardy, with two charges that each could get Sanders the death penalty."You're giving the government two bites at the apple to come back with the death penalty," Stroud said.Sanders sat quietly in the courtroom Thursday, sporting a full beard and quite a few more pounds than he had when he was arrested in November 2010.Prosecutors alleged Sanders killed Lexis Roberts' mother in Arizona in late summer 2010, then kidnapped Lexis, drove her to the rural Louisiana parish of Catahoula, shot her multiple times then slit her throat. Lexis' body lay in the woods about a month before hunters found her.Suellen Roberts, Lexis' mother, was found dead in Arizona after Sanders was arrested in Mississippi in November 2010. The three had taken a Labor Day trip from Nevada to Arizona.Sanders at first was indicted on a kidnapping charge that led to Lexis' death. The indictment also contained a forfeiture count that, if he was found guilty, called for Sanders to give up the gun allegedly used to kill her.The second indictment contained two charges -- kidnapping and using a firearm to kill Lexis.Stroud and other attorneys for Sanders also said the second indictment violated provisions of the Speedy Trial Act because it was handed down more than 30 days after Sanders was arrested.Drell did not rule on Sanders' requests Thursday.Drell has given Bill Flanagan and Nicole Snyder, assistant U.S. attorneys, until July 2 to decide whether the government would seek the death penalty.

And beat him like a pinata

Wow, appears he had enough fire power to arm a small militia group. It's probably a good thing that he was caught exchanging kiddie porn so that the weapons and supposed terrorist read could be also found. Grant you, answering the door with a loaded weapon prior to checking it seems a tad different so I'm going to assume that all his weapons are on the up and up. But as for the kiddie crap exchange...Hang him high!
