• When my daughter is that age she can choose to wear anything she wants, that doesnt mean I am going to let her out the front door in it lol.

• Just because they choose to make not so right choices about how they should present themselves in public that does NOT give any man any right to just help themselves for any reason at all.There for if you go that route it is a crime and you should be arrested for it.......Look at it all you want..Hell go home and fantasize about it for days on end if that's your thing.But step over that line and you deserve whatever comes along with it.

• It is a fact it is fun to look. Men would show thiers if it was legal. For women it is legal to walk around in a miniskirt with no panties or a see through top and have a man arrested for taking their pictures.

• I understand what you are saying about provocative clothing on grown women, but I certainly don't think a woman wears a skirt just so someone can look up under it and get a cooch shot...  Not too mention the interest he was taking were also in these underage girls... yeah he's a creep but not because it was made public.  Because we all know looking under an underage girls skirt should always be a compliment...

• The thrill of an up-skirt is that men like vagina... women wear skirts because they want the attention and when they get the attention they get pissed off. This guy had a fetish which most men have, he is only a creep because he got caught and made public. It annoys me that it is ok for women to saunter around dresses in mini-skirts, hot pants, yoga pants and other sexually provocative attire and when a male takes interest he is labeled a creep or a pervert. He was taking interest in them (like they wanted) and choose to record it so he could admire it later. This should have been a compliment.
