Patti LaBelle Airport Brawl: Son Can Sue Airline For Overserving West Point Cadet

The vicious airport brawl between a West Point cadet and singer Patti LaBelle's entourage has moved to the courtroom. A judge has ruled that LaBelle's son, who is also her bodyguard, can sue Continental Airlines for allegedly overserving the West Point cadet involved in the fight, who he says was dangerously drunk.Houston Press has the story.
