Sherwin "Piggyback Bandit" Shayegan can't stop piggybacking high school athletes

Sherwin Shayegan is a serial piggybacker known as the Piggyback Bandit. He targets high school athletes. His antics have him banned from high school games in Washington, Montana, and North Dakota. Now, just days after pleading guilty to piggyback-related assault, he's been spotted in Minnesota. City Pages has the full story:
