Vernell Loggins Jr.: Trucker Convicted of Butchering Girlfriend

Should Vernell Loggins Jr. ever murder and dismember another girlfriend, he'd be wise not to be caught on Walmart surveillance tape purchasing the trash can, glue and carpet cleaner used to try to conceal the crime. Riverfront Times has the story.
