Texas police use a van equipped with blood-alcohol testing equipment for DWI crackdowns, and it didn't take much for one alleged drunk driver to find her way there: Police say Calli Dretke, who works as a spokesperson for a hospital, was drunk when she rammed into the so-called BATmobile, not to mention two cop cars. I read on the other site that someone said she had passed a field sobriety test... so now I wonder what actually happened, perhaps that late, she feel asleep at the wheel?
Probably just a heavy drinker. I got a dui in 2007. I passed all sobriety tests. ..but not the breathalizer. Lucky for me I learned my lesson wo hurting myself or others. Never again.
Glad you are ok. I have always thought they should sell brethalyzers to bars and even to people to test themselves. I know most would blow and take a cab or call a friend if they knew for sure they were over the legal limit. They can't be that expensive.
SMH. Now that's a series of unfortunate events if I've ever heard one. The only fortunate thing that happened is that no one was too seriously hurt or killed.
