The dude couldn't have just bought her a meal. Did it really have to go that far? It wasn't demeaning enough as it was? Piece of shit son of a bitch. I would have taken her to an all you can eat diner and refused her "service". I truly am glad my parents instilled values on me.

How's that for a biz practice. She had to get her compensation - only fair. Tight wad cop should know better. And for that matter he should have better things to do. See, every time I read this I get more sympathetic to HER. lol She has to woooo him with low down BS payment just to get a bite to eat. WTH??
I gave in and went back for a reread. It basically said he took her through the drive through and then promptly arrested her. I guess the 'payment' had to change hands before the arrest could be made? Or maybe he felt bad for her that she was hungry enough that she'd be willing to sell herself for a couple burgers. Either way, it doesn't mention that he received services before the arrest, not that he'd admit it if he did...

Well, I guess it's possible the cop took payment before he booked her. But that would have been so wrong...

Nah, I guess you can't blame her for trying. Of course, I always thought that tips were based on the quality of service. Seems a little tacky to be asking for one before he even knows what kind of service he's getting... But then, I'm not very versed on the etiquette involved in payment/ tips for hookers, so maybe that's just the norm. LOL
